How to Connect a Mobile Toilet
The connection of a mobile toilet mainly involves the installation of the toilet and related accessories, as well as the connection of water pipes. Here are the specific steps:

Toilet Body Installation
First, install the toilet flange, which is a crucial component for ensuring a sealed connection between the toilet and the sewer pipe. Place the toilet flange above the sewer pipe opening, carefully adjust its position to align the center of the flange precisely with the center of the sewer pipe, and then place the toilet steadily upright, ensuring that the bottom of the toilet fits tightly against the flange. This step effectively prevents sewage leakage.
Water Pipe Fittings Installation
- Angle Valve Installation: The angle valve is an important component for controlling water flow and is installed on the water inlet pipe. Choose an appropriate location to install the angle valve and ensure it is firmly installed to avoid water leakage later.
- Three-Way Connection: Install a three-way fitting to connect the water inlet and the sprinkler. The function of the three-way fitting is to divert the incoming water, with one stream supplying the toilet for normal flushing and the other stream supplying the sprinkler. When connecting the three-way fitting to the water inlet and the sprinkler, pay attention to the tightness of the connection. You can use auxiliary materials such as Teflon tape to enhance the sealing effect.
- Water Inlet Hose Connection: Screw on the toilet water inlet hose, connecting one end of the hose to the angle valve and the other end to the water inlet of the toilet. Ensure that both ends of the hose are screwed tightly during connection to prevent water leakage.
Sprinkler Assembly and Connection
When assembling the toilet sprinkler, tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the sprinkler to ensure that the sprinkler does not leak during use. After assembly, connect the sprinkler to the other end of the three-way fitting, ensuring a secure connection. At the same time, firmly clamp the sprinkler bracket onto the top of the three-way fitting to provide stable support for the sprinkler.
Water Testing and Sealing
After completing the above installation steps, perform a water test on the toilet. Turn on the water source and check whether the toilet flushes normally and whether there are any water leaks at the connection points. If problems such as water leakage are found during the water test, promptly investigate the causes and address them. After the water test confirms that there are no issues with the toilet, apply sealant along the edge where the bottom of the toilet contacts the ground to further enhance the sealing effect and prevent odor emission and sewage leakage.
