Mobile Toilet Configuration Quantity Standards

Quản trị 09 tháng 10, 2026

The standards for the quantity of mobile toilet configurations vary depending on the scale and scenario of the event, as detailed below:

Small-scale events (fewer than 100 people) It is recommended to configure 1-2 mobile toilets for every 50 people. For example, for events with fewer than 50 people, one single-occupancy toilet can meet the demand; if the number of people is between 50 and 100, two single-occupancy toilets or one double-occupancy toilet can be configured. Additionally, one spare toilet should be reserved to handle unexpected needs (such as equipment failure or a sudden increase in the number of people). This configuration is suitable for scenarios such as family gatherings and small lectures, with the core principle being to ensure basic usage needs and reserve emergency space.

Medium-scale events (100-500 people) For scenarios such as corporate annual meetings and small exhibitions, it is necessary to configure 2-3 toilets for every 100 people. For example, for a 200-person event, it is recommended to have two double-occupancy toilets and one single-occupancy toilet; for events with more than 300 people, the number should be increased to 4-5. The recommended ratio of men's to women's toilets is 1:1.5, and one accessible toilet should be provided to meet the needs of different groups. This configuration should take into account the duration of the event and the mobility of personnel to avoid queues during peak hours.

Large-scale events (more than 500 people) For large-scale events such as music festivals and sports events, it is necessary to configure 3-5 mobile toilets for every 100 people. For example, for a 1,000-person event, it is recommended to configure three double-occupancy toilets, three single-occupancy toilets, and one accessible toilet, and additional temporary handwashing stations should be provided during peak hours. For large-scale events, it is essential to consider the distribution of people and time-specific needs, such as increasing the number of toilets in the main stage area and reducing the configuration in the rest area.

Public event venues For venues such as stadiums, exhibition centers, and parks, it is recommended to configure one mobile toilet for every 100 people. These venues have high personnel mobility and varying lengths of stay, so the number of toilets should be dynamically adjusted based on daily foot traffic and event schedules, with an appropriate increase during holidays, for example.

Special scenarios For long-term usage scenarios such as construction sites and scenic spots, one toilet should be configured for every 30-50 people; for campsites, it is recommended to configure one toilet for every 20 people and provide shower rooms to enhance the user experience. For these scenarios, a 10% reserve should be set aside to handle equipment failure or a sudden increase in the number of people. For example, for a construction site with 50 people, two toilets can be configured, with one additional spare toilet prepared.
