Composition Materials of Mobile Toilets
The composition materials of mobile toilets mainly include galvanized steel structures, reinforced concrete, epoxy resin and glass fiber, and metal carved panels, among others. Different types of mobile toilets have their own characteristics in material selection.

The overall structure of a general mobile toilet often adopts a galvanized steel structure. This material has high strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability and durability of the mobile toilet during use. The floor section is reinforced concrete, which has good load-bearing capacity and sturdiness, providing a stable foundation for the mobile toilet and withstanding the pressure of people walking. In addition, a general mobile toilet also includes components such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These parts select appropriate materials according to actual needs to achieve the various functions of the mobile toilet.
The material of fiberglass-reinforced plastic mobile toilets is relatively special, made of epoxy resin and glass fiber. The colored reinforced fiberglass-reinforced plastic base and wall panels are molded. The base is not easily corroded, thanks to the properties of epoxy resin and glass fiber, enabling it to resist the erosion of various chemicals and extend its service life. The wall panels are smooth on both sides, not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to clean, reducing the adhesion of dirt and facilitating the maintenance of a hygienic environment in the mobile toilet.
There is also a type of mobile toilet that uses metal carved panels with a thickness of eight centimeters. Metal carved panels have the characteristics of thermal insulation, which can regulate the temperature inside the mobile toilet to a certain extent, keeping it relatively comfortable in different seasons. At the same time, this material is not prone to rust and can maintain a good appearance and performance even in humid environments, reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement and lowering usage costs.
