Composition of Mobile Toilets
The composition of mobile toilets mainly includes the main frame structure, internal functional zoning, sewage storage and treatment system, ventilation and lighting design, as well as other components.

Main Frame Structure: This is the foundational support part of mobile toilets, typically made of lightweight yet sturdy materials such as steel or aluminum alloy. This design ensures the stability of the overall structure while facilitating transportation and installation. The exterior of the frame is covered with durable panels, such as color-coated steel sheets or composite materials, which have rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties, extending the service life of mobile toilets.
Internal Functional Zoning: The interior of mobile toilets is divided into functional zones based on usage needs, primarily including the toilet area, handwashing area (if equipped), and necessary storage space. The toilet area is equipped with portable or fixed toilets, with various types available, some directly connected to sewage tanks and others using degradation technology. The handwashing area may feature a small sink paired with a water-saving faucet or manual pump water supply system to meet basic cleaning needs.
Sewage Storage and Treatment System: This is the core part of mobile toilets, including sewage tanks, chemical treatment, or biological degradation devices. The sewage tank is usually located at the bottom of the toilet and is made of corrosion-resistant materials to collect waste. Some mobile toilets employ microbial degradation technology, converting waste into harmless substances through the action of microorganisms, thereby reducing environmental impact.
Ventilation and Lighting Design: To ensure adequate air circulation and lighting inside mobile toilets, the ventilation system includes roof exhaust fans or sidewall louvers, effectively promoting air circulation and reducing odors. Lighting relies on glass or transparent panels on the doors to introduce natural light, while interior lighting fixtures are installed to ensure convenience during nighttime use.
Other Components: In addition to the main parts mentioned above, mobile toilets also include fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor panels, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, mobility devices, etc. Some high-end products are also equipped with intelligent systems, such as bottom-level PLC data acquisition systems, LED toilet occupancy monitors, and remote monitoring modules, supporting remote operation via mobile apps, enhancing convenience and management efficiency.
