Mobile Toilet Cleaning Demonstration

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilet cleaning requires standardized full-chain operations, covering five key steps: pretreatment, core cleaning, deep disinfection, equipment maintenance, and proper waste disposal. The specific operational procedures are as follows:

1. Pretreatment: Emptying waste and initial flushing
The first step in the cleaning process is to empty the waste storage tank. Connect the suction hose tightly to the drainage outlet, start the vacuum pump to extract liquid and solid residues, ensuring no residue remains inside the tank. Afterward, inject a small amount of clean water and suction again to flush away any adhering substances on the tank walls, preventing dirt from hardening. It is essential to ensure the airtightness of the suction hose to prevent leakage and environmental pollution.

2. Core cleaning: High-pressure flushing and stubborn stain removal
Use a high-pressure washer with a fan-shaped water jet to clean the interior walls, toilet fixtures, floors, and hard-to-reach corners, focusing on removing fecal matter, tissue residues, and calcified dirt. For stubborn stains, use a long-handled brush dipped in a neutral detergent to scrub repeatedly, avoiding the use of strong acids or alkalis that may corrode the equipment surface. The flushing sequence should be from top to bottom to prevent secondary contamination.

3. Deep disinfection: Full coverage and contact time control
After physical cleaning, evenly apply a chlorine-based or quaternary ammonium compound disinfectant by spraying or wiping on all contact surfaces, including door handles, locks, flush buttons, handrails, and the interior and exterior of the toilet fixtures. The disinfectant should remain in contact for at least 10-15 minutes to ensure the elimination of pathogens such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Then, thoroughly rinse all surfaces with clean water to avoid residual chemicals.

4. Air treatment: Deodorization and ventilation optimization
Use a nebulizing deodorizer to neutralize odor gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, focusing on spraying the waste storage tank, exhaust fans, and corners inside the toilet. Simultaneously, check the operational status of the exhaust fans to ensure the ventilation system functions properly, reducing odor accumulation.

5. Equipment maintenance and proper waste disposal
During the cleaning process, inspect components such as toilet seals, door lock hinges, and solar power systems, recording and reporting any damage for timely repair. After cleaning, leave a small amount of clean water in the waste storage tank and add a high-efficiency biodegradable agent to slow down waste decomposition. The extracted waste and cleaning wastewater must be transported uniformly to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks. Random dumping is strictly prohibited to avoid soil and water source pollution.

By following standardized operations, the cleanliness, hygiene safety, and service life of mobile toilets can be ensured, while also meeting environmental emission requirements.
