Mobile Toilet Cleaning
Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026
Mobile toilet cleaning should follow standardized procedures and the eight-step cleaning method to ensure hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance.

Standardized Procedures: Core Steps for Technical Cleaning
Pre-operation Preparation
- Protective Gear: Operators must wear waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles to avoid contact with contaminants.
- Tools and Reagents: Equip with high-power vacuum sewage trucks (corrosion-resistant hoses), high-pressure washers (120 - 180 bar pressure), long-handled brushes, non-ionic surfactant cleaners, chlorine-based or hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants (effective chlorine 500 - 1000 mg/L), and independently sealed waste collection bags.
- Equipment Inspection: Confirm the connection status of the sewage discharge valve and the normal operation of the liquid level indicator. Check for ground leaks and set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area.
Emptying Sewage
- Connect the sewage suction hose to the sewage outlet and start the vacuum pump to slowly extract liquid and solid residues from the storage tank, avoiding pipe blockages or splashes.
- After suction, inject a small amount of clean water for a second suction to flush residual matter from the tank walls.
Rinsing and Cleaning
- Use a high-pressure washer to spray fan-shaped water jets onto the toilet walls, fixtures, floors, and dead corners, focusing on removing excreta, tissue residues, and calcified dirt.
- For stubborn stains, use a long-handled brush dipped in cleaner to scrub repeatedly, ensuring no organic matter remains.
Deep Disinfection
- Apply disinfectant by spraying or wiping to cover all contact surfaces (such as door handles and flush buttons). Maintain contact for 10 - 15 minutes, then rinse with clean water to avoid chemical residues.
- Disinfect sewage suction hoses, connectors, and tools with the same intensity to prevent cross-contamination.
Air Treatment and Waste Disposal
- Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize ammonia and hydrogen sulfide instead of masking them with fragrances.
- Transport sewage and wastewater to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks. It is strictly prohibited to dump them into storm drains or non-designed pipe networks.
Equipment Maintenance and Record-keeping
- Inspect components such as toilet seals and exhaust fans. Record and report any damage promptly.
- Reserve clean water in the storage tank and add biodegradable agents to suppress odors.
- Fill out a record form with details such as cleaning time, disinfectant dosage, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction.
Eight-Step Cleaning Method: Standardized Operations for Daily Maintenance
- Remove: Sweep dust and cobwebs from the ceiling, walls, window screens, and lighting fixtures.
- Wipe: Wipe down windows, doors, handwashing stations, partition boards, and other easily accessible areas.
- Scrub: Thoroughly scrub alkali scale from squat toilets, sit toilets, and urinals.
- Clear: Remove garbage from both internal and external areas and replace trash bins promptly.
- Mop: Remove standing water from the floor to maintain internal dryness and cleanliness.
- Inspect: Check faucets, sensor devices, and other facilities for damage and report repairs promptly.
- Disinfect: Spray disinfectant at least three times a day and turn on deodorizing equipment.
- Store: Return cleaning tools to their proper places and ensure no debris is left behind.
