Mobile Toilet Cement Squatting Pan

Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026

The following is information about the structure and price of cement squatting pans used in mobile toilets:

The common structure of cement squatting pans in mobile toilets usually consists of two parts: the squatting pan body and the cement platform. The cement platform, as a supporting structure, needs to be customized according to the size of the squatting pan. Its functions are to fix the pan, adjust the installation height, and ensure smooth drainage. The thickness of the platform, the ratio of steel bars, and the surface treatment process (such as anti-slip treatment) directly affect its durability and cost. For example, thickening the platform body or using high-grade cement can enhance the load-bearing capacity but will increase material costs; anti-slip pattern treatment on the surface requires additional processes and also affects the price.

The market price range of cement squatting pans and platforms is from 500 yuan to 1500 yuan, which is specifically affected by the following factors:

  1. Material cost: The cement grade (such as 32.5R, 42.5R), the specification (such as a diameter of 6mm or 8mm) and the amount of steel bars directly affect the basic cost. High-grade cement and more steel bars can improve the structural strength but come at a higher price.
  2. Process complexity: Processes such as whether the platform has embedded drainage pipes, whether it has waterproof treatment (such as applying waterproof coatings), and whether the surface is polished smoothly will increase labor and material costs. For example, embedding drainage pipes requires precise positioning, and waterproof treatment requires multiple layers of coating, both of which will raise the price.
  3. Size specification: Platforms with standard sizes (such as a length of 60cm and a width of 40cm) have lower prices. If oversized platforms (such as a length of 80cm and a width of 50cm) need to be customized to meet special requirements, the amount of materials used and the processing difficulty will increase, and the price may rise by 30%-50%.
  4. Regional differences: Due to higher labor and transportation costs in first-tier cities, prices are usually 20%-30% higher than those in second- and third-tier cities; remote areas may have additional charges due to difficulties in material transportation.

In addition, mobile toilets may also use squatting pans made of other materials, such as stainless steel (corrosion-resistant and easy to clean but relatively expensive, about 2000-5000 yuan), ceramic (smooth and beautiful surface but fragile, about 1500-3000 yuan), fiberglass (lightweight and moisture-proof, about 800-2000 yuan), or plastic (low cost and easy to replace, about 300-800 yuan). When choosing, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the usage scenario, budget, and maintenance requirements.
