Mobile Toilet Cabin Tutorial
Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026
You can refer to the following tutorial to build a mobile toilet cabin:

I. Building a Basic and Simple Indoor Mobile Toilet Cabin
- Material Preparation: You need to prepare wooden boards, saws, UV boards, casters, hammers, iron nails, and toilet seats. Wooden boards, as the main structural material, should be of a relatively hard and non-deformable variety. Saws are used for cutting wooden boards. UV boards can make the toilet surface smooth, flat, and easy to clean. Casters facilitate movement. Hammers and iron nails are used for fixing various components. The toilet seat is the core functional component.
- Cutting Wooden Boards: According to the size of the required toilet cabin, use a saw to cut the wooden boards into appropriate shapes and sizes. This step requires precise measurement and planning to ensure that the wooden boards can be perfectly spliced together to form a stable structure.
- Installing UV Boards: After splicing the cut wooden boards, fix the UV boards onto the wooden boards. You can use glue or screws for fixation to ensure that the UV boards are tightly combined with the wooden boards and the surface is smooth and flat. This is not only aesthetically pleasing but also convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance.
- Installing Casters: Fix casters at the bottom of the toilet cabin. The installation position of the casters should be reasonable to ensure that the cabin can remain balanced during movement and will not tilt or shake. At the same time, choose reliable-quality casters with sufficient load-bearing capacity to ensure safety during use.
- Fixing the Toilet Seat: Nail a bracket for fixing the toilet seat onto the wooden board, and then firmly fix the toilet seat onto the bracket. The installation of the bracket should be stable and able to bear the weight of the human body to ensure safety during use.
II. Ideas for Building a Mobile Toilet Cabin Based on a Trailer
- Selecting a Trailer: Find a suitable trailer. For example, choose a flatbed trailer about 4.9 meters long and 2.4 meters wide, equipped with two axles with a load-bearing capacity of about 1.6 tons each. Note that the total load-bearing capacity of the axles includes the weight of the trailer itself. Calculate the remaining weight available for building the cabin reasonably to avoid overloading.
- Leveling the Trailer: When detaching the trailer from the pickup truck, carefully check the rated load-bearing capacity of the connector and other aspects. If problems are found with the trailer, such as previous makeshift welding, uneven decks and side rails, etc., deal with them reasonably to ensure that there is an appropriate weight budget for building the cabin and lay a foundation for subsequently building a stable toilet cabin.
