Mobile Toilet Bottom Bracket
Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026
The installation points and structural features of the mobile toilet bottom bracket are as follows:

Installation Points
- Pre-installation Inspection: Carefully inspect the base bracket for any deformation. If the bracket has been bent or twisted due to improper transportation or storage, it should be promptly corrected or replaced. Otherwise, it will affect the stability of subsequent installation and the overall levelness of the equipment.
- Stable Placement and Leveling: Place the shock-absorbing base bracket of the mobile toilet steadily on the target ground. Adjust the height by turning the leveling brackets (such as screw-type leveling devices) at the four corners to ensure that the entire equipment is in a horizontal state. This step is crucial for preventing equipment tilt and ensuring safety during use.
- Expansion Bolt Fixation:
- Ground Adaptability: Select expansion bolts of appropriate length according to the ground material. For example, for concrete floors with high hardness, longer bolts (such as M12×100mm) can be chosen to enhance the fixing force. For soil floors, they should be compacted first to prevent bolt loosening, and shorter bolts (such as M10×80mm) with larger washers should be used.
- Uniform Tightening: When fixing, ensure that each bolt is tightened to the same degree to prevent base cracking or equipment shaking due to uneven force. It is recommended to use the cross-tightening method, that is, tighten the diagonal bolts first, and then gradually complete the fixation of the remaining bolts.
Structural Features
- Material and Welding Process: The bottom bracket is usually welded from channel steel or I-beam. Channel steel has the characteristics of high flexural strength and low cost, making it suitable for light-duty mobile toilets. I-beams, with their large section moment of inertia, are more suitable for carrying heavy equipment. The columns are mostly made of square steel, which has a regular cross-section and is easy to process, providing stable vertical support.
- Leveling Function Design: The unit bottom is equipped with a dedicated leveling bracket (such as a telescopic screw rod or hydraulic leveling device). By adjusting the length of the bracket, it can adapt to different ground slopes (such as ±5° inclination). This design ensures the stability of the mobile toilet on uneven ground, preventing equipment tilt or door frame deformation caused by ground undulations.
Precautions: During installation, strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid safety hazards caused by bracket deformation or loose fixation. Regularly inspect the tightness of the bolts and the structural integrity of the bracket to extend the service life of the equipment.
