Mobile Toilet Booth Installation

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of mobile toilet booths requires following standardized steps and paying attention to key points, as detailed below:

I. Installation Preparation

Before installation, ensure all necessary tools are available, including an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, a rivet gun, and other basic tools. If the booth requires connection to a water supply and drainage system, additional materials such as water pipes, electrical wires, and sealing materials should be prepared. If the booth comes with its own water storage tank and sewage treatment system, check the completeness of the equipment. Additionally, assess the site conditions, including ground flatness, spatial layout, and power supply location, to ensure they meet installation requirements.

II. Main Structure Installation

  1. Corner Installation: Prioritize fixing the four corner structures of the booth to ensure frame stability. The corners should be vertically aligned, using a level for calibration.
  2. Panel Assembly: Insert the prefabricated panels into the slots, align the top and bottom edges, then drill holes at the joints using a 4.2-millimeter drill bit (recommended hole spacing: 30-50 centimeters). Insert rivets and secure them with a rivet gun. Pay attention to the panel orientation during assembly to avoid misalignment, which could reduce sealing effectiveness.

III. Water Supply and Drainage System Installation (Optional)

  1. Connection to External Networks: If connecting to municipal water and drainage networks, align the sewage outlet with the drainage pipe and the water inlet with the water source. Install a check valve to prevent backflow. Electrical wires should be routed separately to avoid crossing with water pipes.
  2. Independent System Installation: For booths with built-in water storage tanks, secure the tank in place, connect the water inlet pipe to the bottom of the tank, and the drainage pipe to the sewage treatment unit. After installation, test the tank's sealing and the pump's operational status.

IV. Installation Time and Efficiency

Installation duration varies significantly based on site conditions:

  • Under normal circumstances, a single operator can complete the main structure installation in approximately 2-4 hours. If connecting to a water supply and drainage system, the process may extend to 6 hours.
  • Customized square steel booths with modular designs offer higher installation efficiency, reducing the time to 1-2 hours.

V. Key Considerations

  1. Safety Protocols: Wear safety goggles and gloves when operating electric drills and rivet guns to prevent injury from metal debris.
  2. Sealing Treatment: Apply waterproof sealant at panel joints and pipe connections to prevent leaks.
  3. Secure Fixation: Anchor the booth to the ground using expansion bolts to prevent overturning in strong winds.
  4. Functional Testing: After installation, test lighting and ventilation systems by powering them on, and check the water supply and drainage systems by filling them with water to ensure smooth operation.

By following standardized procedures, the installation quality and operational safety of mobile toilet booths can be ensured.
