Mobile Toilet Blueprint Design

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The blueprint design of mobile toilets needs to comprehensively consider various factors such as modularity, environmental protection, safety, and aesthetics. The following are specific design points:

I. Overall Structure and Modular Design Mobile toilets adopt a modular design concept, facilitating rapid processing, transportation, and installation, and are not restricted by the site. Their main structures are usually composed of steel frames. For example, the roof is constructed by interlacing and welding 40mm×40mm and 25mm×25mm thick-walled square tubes to ensure structural stability. Modules such as walls and floors can be prefabricated independently and assembled on-site using bolts or riveting methods, shortening the construction period. The dimensions can be flexibly customized according to needs. For instance, the length and width of the toilet compartments can be adjusted based on the number of users or site conditions, and the height is generally controlled between 2.2 and 2.5 meters to balance a sense of space and stability.

II. Material Selection and Environmental Performance

  1. Wall Materials: The interior walls use green and environmentally friendly panels, such as fire-resistant B1-grade graphite polystyrene boards (100mm thick), which combine thermal insulation and fire resistance functions. The exterior walls are made of chestnut-colored anti-corrosion wood panels, which are both aesthetically pleasing and weather-resistant.
  2. Floor Materials: The toilet compartment floors mainly use anti-slip marble. The base layer adopts national standard 40mm×40mm square tube welded joists, with 10mm bamboo plywood riveted and then marble laid to ensure anti-slip properties and load-bearing capacity.
  3. Door and Window Materials: The windows use Conch plastic-steel profiles paired with 5mm thick glass, with top-hung casement designs for easy ventilation. The door panels are made of color-coated steel composite panels with aluminum-plastic panels attached on the outside. The door thresholds and decorative lines use 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.

III. Functional Configuration and Safety

  1. Power Supply System: It uses a 200V AC power supply. Socket positions need to be reserved, and leakage protection devices should be equipped to ensure electrical safety.
  2. Ventilation and Lighting: Natural ventilation is achieved through top-hung casement windows. The window sizes need to be calculated according to the toilet compartment area to ensure an air exchange rate of at least 3 times per hour. Exhaust fans or skylights can be added to the roof to enhance odor removal.
  3. Fire Protection Design: The interior wall graphite polystyrene boards have a fire resistance rating of B1. The circuit wiring needs to be hidden in fire-resistant troughs, and fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting facilities should be equipped.

IV. Blueprint Types and Delivery Standards The design blueprints should include 3D renderings (such as Solidworks2010 models), CAD processing drawings (such as AutoCAD2010 general drawings), and detailed drawings of non-standard equipment (such as Solidworks2012 part drawings). The blueprints need to be marked with key dimensions (in millimeters), material specifications, and installation nodes, such as the welding methods of steel frames and the connection details of panels, to ensure that the construction team can accurately reproduce the design intent.
