Mobile Toilet Base Replacement Tutorial

Quản trị 12 tháng 10, 2026

Currently, there is no complete and dedicated tutorial for replacing the base of a mobile toilet, but the replacement can be carried out by combining the installation methods of shock-absorbing bases for mobile toilets, the replacement methods for toilet seat cover clip bases, and the replacement methods for toilet base rubber gaskets. Here are the specific steps:

Preparation in advance: Check whether the base of the mobile toilet and its accessories are intact, such as whether the base bracket is deformed, whether the anchor bolts are complete, and whether the rubber gaskets are aged. At the same time, level the ground according to the site conditions and use a spirit level to confirm that the installation area is level, providing a stable foundation for subsequent installation.

Dismantling the old base: If the base is fixedly connected to the ground, the fixed components need to be removed first. For the dismantling method similar to that of a toilet seat cover clip base, if it is fixed with bolts, use appropriate tools (such as an adjustable wrench or a socket wrench) to loosen the nuts counterclockwise; if it is of the clip type, find and open the decorative cover, unscrew the screws or press the clips for dismantling. During the dismantling process, pay attention to protecting other components of the mobile toilet to avoid damage.

Installing the new base: Place the new base steadily on the ground and adjust the height of the four corners to ensure that the entire equipment is level. You can refer to the method of fixing the shock-absorbing base bracket of the mobile toilet to the ground. When using expansion bolts for fixation, select bolts of appropriate length according to the ground material. For example, long bolts can be selected for cement ground, and the soil ground needs to be compacted first, and the tightening degree of each bolt should be uniform. If the base has a shock-absorbing device, when installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure that they are in full contact with the bracket and the ground without misalignment or suspension; for a base with a buffering function, gently push the equipment after installation to test the shock-absorbing effect and observe whether there is obvious shaking. If the shaking is abnormal, check whether the rubber pad is worn or whether the shock absorber is installed in the wrong direction.

Inspection and debugging after installation: After the installation is completed, use a spirit level again to recheck the overall levelness to ensure that the equipment is not tilted in any direction. Check whether each connection is firm and whether the anchor bolts are tightened in place. Conduct a simple shaking test to confirm whether the shock-absorbing effect meets the requirements. If possible, observe the stability of the equipment within 24 hours after installation to prevent problems caused by ground subsidence in the later stage.
