Mobile Toilet Base Production Tutorial
Quản trị 29 tháng 9, 2026
The production of mobile toilet bases can choose between a simple model or a wheeled model according to needs. The specific steps are as follows:

Option 1: Simple Mobile Toilet Base Production
Material Preparation
- The ground should be flat and solid to prevent the base from tilting.
- The main frame should be made of lightweight metal (such as aluminum alloy) or high-strength plastic to ensure load-bearing capacity; the enclosure panels should be made of waterproof composite materials (such as PVC panels) to prevent leakage.
- Connectors should match the frame material, such as bolts for metal frames and clips for plastic frames; sealing strips are used for edge leakage prevention.
Base Assembly
- Arrange the base components according to the design drawings and initially fix the frame with connecting pins or bolts, focusing on checking the connection points between the crossbeams and columns for firmness.
- Use a level to adjust the levelness of the base to avoid instability due to uneven ground.
Function Expansion
- If sewage storage or water supply functions are required, fix the water tank and box inside the base. Install an inlet pipe on the outer side wall of the water tank, and fix the water pump and main pump on the upper surface of the box. Connect them to the squat toilet through pipes to form a sewage discharge circulation system.
- The power of the water pump and main pump should be selected according to the frequency of toilet use to ensure drainage efficiency.
Detail Handling
- Open card slots on the edges of the base for easy connection and installation with the upper cabin; when adding auxiliary pumps and pipes at the bottom, fix the auxiliary pipes with clips to prevent loosening.
- All water and electricity interfaces should be treated with sealant or sealing strips to prevent water leakage.
Option 2: Mobile Base Design (with Wheels)
Structural Design
- Make a shell as the main body of the base, and fix 4 boxes and fixed blocks on the inner side wall. Install partitions, cylinders, and piston rods inside the boxes, with the bottom of the piston rods connected to the wheels.
- The cylinders should be pressure-resistant models to ensure stability when driving the wheels to伸缩 (extend and retract).
Function Realization
- Control the extension and retraction of the wheels through the cylinders: when retracted, the base lands and is fixed; when extended, the toilet is lifted for movement.
- Fix the water tank and box at the bottom of the shell, and connect water pumps, main pumps, and other sewage discharge components. The layout should be compact to save space.
Safety Optimization
- Hinge a safety door at the back of the shell, and open grooves on the outer side wall for easy opening, facilitating the inspection and maintenance of internal components.
- Fit a sealing cover on the top of the inlet pipe to prevent rainwater or debris from entering and causing blockage or water leakage.
General Precautions
- Count all components before assembly and prepare tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to avoid delays due to missing parts during the process.
- Refer to the design drawings or demonstration videos to ensure that the connection points (such as the crossbeams and columns of the frame) are firmly fixed with bolts to prevent loosening.
- If the water and electricity system is involved, insulate the wires and pipes, and test the operation (such as the start-stop of the water pump and the smoothness of drainage) before putting them into use.
Among the two options, the simple model is suitable for quick assembly in fixed places, while the wheeled model improves handling efficiency. You can choose according to actual needs.
