Mobile Toilet Bag Replacement Tutorial

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

The tutorial for replacing bags in mobile toilets requires selecting the appropriate operation based on the specific type. Here are the common types and their operational steps:

1. 304 Stainless Steel Packing Toilet Before replacement, turn off the power and empty the fecal storage tank to avoid accidents or contamination during operation. Open the side cover of the device, remove the used empty spool, and clean any residual bag fragments or dirt on the roller surface to prevent jamming of the new bag. Install the new spool in the designated position, ensuring the packing bag is laid out flat and threaded through the guide slots of the drive rollers in sequence, avoiding folds or twists. After installation, manually test whether the drive system operates smoothly. Once confirmed to be free of jamming, close the side cover, reconnect the power, and start the device to check if the packing function is normal.

2. Ostomy Bag (Fecal Bag) Prepare tools such as a new ostomy bag, warm water, special wet wipes, disinfectant cotton pads, and skin protectant. When gently removing the old bag, peel it off slowly from the edges to avoid damaging the skin; observe whether there is redness, breakage, or allergic reactions on the skin around the stoma. Gently wipe the stoma and surrounding skin with warm water or a neutral cleanser to remove residues, then perform a secondary cleaning of the stoma with a disinfectant cotton pad. After the skin is dry, evenly apply the skin protectant to form an isolation layer to reduce irritation. Cut the baseplate of the ostomy bag according to the actual size of the stoma, ensuring the edges fit tightly against the skin. When attaching, press from the center of the stoma outward to expel air bubbles. Finally, check the tightness to confirm that the drainage tube is not twisted or blocked, ensuring that excrement can smoothly enter the bag.

3. Urine Bag (if the mobile toilet involves such a device) Operations must strictly follow aseptic principles to avoid urinary tract infections. After cleaning the skin around the urethral orifice, disconnect the old urine bag from the catheter and wipe the connection with a disinfectant cotton ball. When installing the new bag, ensure the connection is aligned and tightened to prevent leakage; gently squeeze the urine bag to expel internal air and prevent gas from flowing back into the bladder. When fixing the urine bag, choose a position lower than the bladder (such as the inner thigh) to use gravity to promote urine drainage and prevent backflow from causing infections.

Precautions:

  • Before operation, confirm that the model of consumables matches the device to avoid leakage or damage due to size mismatch.
  • Keep the operating environment clean and wear disposable gloves if necessary to reduce the risk of contamination.
  • If skin abnormalities (such as redness, ulceration) or device malfunctions (such as drive jamming, leakage) occur during replacement, immediately stop the operation and contact a professional for handling. Do not disassemble or force use on your own.
