Mobile Toilet Automatic Flushing System

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

The mobile toilet automatic flushing system has different implementation methods depending on the type, mainly including systems corresponding to mobile eco-friendly public toilets, waterless flushing toilets, and packaged toilets.

The automatic flushing system of mobile eco-friendly public toilets has a unique design. It achieves efficient water-saving flushing by automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding a special agent, requiring only 0.46 liters of water per person to achieve a clean flushing effect. In terms of internal structure, it is equipped with an independent toilet pit zoning treatment system. The urine channel uses gravity flow to allow urine to drain naturally; the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device and is equipped with an automatic flushing toilet bowl. When a user finishes using the toilet, the system automatically starts, using the collected water and special agent to flush the toilet, ensuring both cleanliness and the rational utilization of water resources.

The waterless flushing toilet uses a two-stage treatment technology to achieve automatic 'flushing'. After being treated with a special agent, urine forms an odorless light-blue flushing liquid. When mixed with this flushing liquid, feces undergo multiple processes such as crushing, stirring, sterilization, and disinfection, and are ultimately transformed into a pulp-like odorless fluid. Moreover, the entire system is equipped with wall-attached jet technology, enabling full-process automatic control. From urine treatment to the mixing of feces with the flushing liquid and their final transformation into an odorless fluid, the entire process does not require traditional water flushing but can still achieve cleanliness and environmental protection goals.

The automatic flushing system of packaged toilets does not require a single drop of water. It uses specially made, fully biodegradable film packaging bags to collect feces. When a user finishes using the toilet, the built-in mechanical device or microcomputer sensing system automatically starts, tightly sealing the packaging bag that has completed its collection task and pulling it down into a dedicated feces storage bucket below. At the same time, the film on the surface of the toilet seat or squatting pan automatically updates, providing a clean and hygienic toilet environment for the next user, and the entire process achieves automated feces treatment and toilet cleaning.
