Mobile Toilet Automatic Decomposition

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilet automatic decomposition mainly relies on microbial degradation technology to achieve the harmless treatment of excrement. Its core principles, structural composition, application scenarios, and maintenance points are as follows:

Core Principles

Microbial degradation technology decomposes the organic matter in excrement through specific microbial communities under suitable conditions. Key conditions include:

  1. Microbial Community Selection: Composite microbial strains that are heat-resistant and have high decomposition efficiency, such as Bacillus and Actinomycetes, are required. These can rapidly decompose proteins, fats, and cellulose.
  2. Environmental Control: The temperature inside the degradation chamber needs to be maintained at 30-50℃ (through electric heating or biological fermentation heat generation), with humidity controlled at 50%-70%. Simultaneously, continuous oxygen supply through a ventilation system maintains an aerobic degradation environment.
  3. Decomposition Products: Organic matter is ultimately converted into carbon dioxide, water, and a small amount of humus (containing elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium). The harmless treatment rate can reach over 95%, with no odor residue.

Structural Composition

  1. Degradation Chamber: It adopts a double-layer sealed design, with the inner layer made of high-strength plastic or stainless steel and the outer layer as an insulation layer to ensure stable temperature. A stirring device is installed at the bottom to regularly turn over the excrement to promote uniform microbial decomposition.
  2. Ventilation System: Composed of a fan, air ducts, and a gas purification device, it discharges metabolic gases (such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide) through negative pressure suction and filters them before emission to avoid environmental pollution.
  3. Intelligent Monitoring Module: It integrates temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and degradation progress monitors. Data is uploaded to the cloud in real-time, and automatic alarms are triggered in case of abnormalities (such as excessive temperature or reduced microbial activity).

Application Scenarios

  1. Outdoor Events: Such as music festivals and marathons, it can handle the excrement of 200-500 people per day, reducing the cost of building temporary septic tanks.
  2. Temporary Venues: In construction sites and exhibition centers, it can replace traditional toilets and reduce the frequency of sewage transportation.
  3. Remote Areas: In rural areas without sewer systems or for wilderness exploration teams, it solves the problem of sewage disposal, and the degradation products can be directly used for farmland fertilization.
  4. Disaster Relief: After earthquakes and floods, it can be quickly deployed to provide sanitation facilities and prevent the spread of diseases.

Maintenance Points

  1. Microbial Community Supplementation: Check the microbial activity every 3-6 months. If the decomposition efficiency decreases (such as an increase in residual solids), add a special microbial agent.
  2. Humidity Adjustment: Control the humidity inside the chamber through a sprinkler device or desiccant to prevent the microbial community from dying due to excessive dryness or wetness.
  3. Product Treatment: After degradation is complete, the humus should be allowed to stabilize for 1-2 weeks. It should then be used for non-food agriculture or soil improvement in accordance with local regulations. Direct discharge into water bodies is strictly prohibited.

This technology achieves resource recycling through closed-loop treatment, saving over 80% of water compared to traditional toilets and having no chemical pollution. It is an important innovation in the field of environmental protection.
