The assembly tutorial for mobile toilets varies depending on the type. Here are the assembly methods for common types:

Assembly Tutorial for a Portable Toilet Made Using a Water Storage Bucket/Tank
- Basic Structure Construction
Split the water storage bucket/tank in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix them on the upper side of the bucket/tank to increase height, and open a side for the entrance. Install sponge strips to form a door frame, embed plastic soft boards to create walls, and place the upper half of the bucket/tank on top of the wooden strips as a roof. - Internal Device Installation
Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket/tank to install a drain pipe to form a floor drain, and drill a hole on the side to connect a direct joint. Place a plastic bucket on the roof as a small water storage device, connect water pipes to make a simple bath heater, and install a three-way joint to connect a showerhead. Place and fix the toilet, connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank, and connect the outlet pipe's three-way joint horizontally to the water pipe as the inlet pipe for the washbasin. If using a water storage tank, cut a rectangular opening as the entrance, drill a hole in the internal floor to install an elbow and a water pipe, and seal it with glue after fixing the toilet. Finally, install a faucet and a washbasin, connect the toilet tank and the shower hose, and install a showerhead bracket and a toilet seat. - Door and Detail Handling
Make a door with a wooden board and hinges and install a door handle. To enhance aesthetics, paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint.
Installation Steps for Prefabricated Mobile Toilets
- Preliminary Planning and Site Preparation
Clarify usage requirements (such as pedestrian traffic, usage duration, toilet stall ratio, and accessibility facility needs) to determine specifications and configuration standards. Conduct an on-site survey to ensure the ground is flat and solid, reserve positions for a septic tank or sewage storage tank and a clearance channel, and place it near water supply and drainage connections while keeping it away from drinking water sources. For long-term placement or poor ground conditions, pour concrete foundation piers or lay a load-bearing platform to ensure a level foundation. - Material and Equipment Arrival
Transport the main box with a flatbed truck, and use forklifts or cranes for loading and unloading to avoid collisions. Check the accompanying components (such as connecting bolts, sealing strips, drain hoses, ventilation ducts, electrical wires, etc.), and ensure the septic tank, clean water tank, water supply pipes, and valves are complete. Make sure tools such as cranes, levels, wrenches, and electric drills are in place, and installation personnel have safe operation skills. - Main Body Installation and Fixing
Use lifting equipment to hoist the box steadily to the foundation position, slowly lower it, and fine-tune it to be level. For multi-unit row-type installations, connect the boxes according to design specifications to ensure structural stability.
