Mobile Toilet Assembly Materials

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The assembly materials for mobile toilets vary depending on the type and design requirements. Common materials include high-density polyethylene (HDPE), stainless steel, metal carved panels, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), color-coated steel sheets, foam sandwich materials, aluminum-plastic panels, anticorrosive wood, and PVC pipes, among others. These materials are assembled together with bolts, clips, and other connectors.

1. Main Structural Materials

  • High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE): As the core material for plastic mobile toilets, its corrosion resistance and UV resistance extend the lifespan of the outer shell. Its smooth surface is easy to clean, making it suitable for high-frequency use scenarios.
  • Stainless Steel: Often used for frames or accessories (such as door hinges and brackets), its high strength and corrosion resistance ensure structural stability, especially in humid or coastal environments.
  • Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP): Made by compounding glass fibers with resin, it combines lightweight properties with high strength. It is commonly used for the structural layer of integrated mobile toilets, capable of withstanding significant external impacts.
  • Color-Coated Steel Sheets: Based on galvanized steel sheets with a colored coating applied to the surface, they offer both rust resistance and decorative appeal. They are often used for edge wrapping of the main frame or wall covering, suitable for long-term outdoor exposure.

2. Insulation and Protective Materials

  • Foam Sandwich Materials: Filled with 5mm-thick polyurethane foam inside, they reduce heat and cold conduction through the insulation layer while cushioning impacts during transportation to protect internal facilities.
  • Metal Carved Panels: With a galvanized steel outer layer and polyurethane or rock wool filling in the middle, they offer excellent insulation performance. Their embossed surface design enhances aesthetics and is commonly found in high-end outdoor mobile toilets.

3. Wall and Decorative Materials

  • Aluminum-Plastic Panels: Composed of aluminum foil and a plastic core material, they are lightweight and weather-resistant. They can meet personalized design needs through different colors and textures.
  • Anticorrosive Wood: Chemically treated solid wood material that retains natural textures while offering insect and moisture resistance. It is often used for wall decoration in eco-themed or landscape-style mobile toilets.

4. Special Functional Materials

  • PVC Pipes: Due to their lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties, they can be used for the frame structure of creatively assembled mobile toilets, reducing overall weight and simplifying the installation process.

5. Connectors and Accessories During assembly, connectors such as bolts, clips, and pulleys are used to secure various components and ensure structural stability. Accessories like metal locks, plastic windows, and ventilation openings enhance safety and comfort during use. For example, stainless steel bolts resist corrosion, plastic clips facilitate quick assembly and disassembly, and pulley designs facilitate the overall movement of mobile toilets.

Material selection should consider usage scenarios (such as outdoor/indoor), climatic conditions (such as high temperature/high humidity), and budget to ensure the functionality and durability of mobile toilets.
