Mobile Toilet and Shower Room Tutorial

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

Here is the tutorial for making a mobile toilet and shower room:

I. Building the Basic Framework When constructing a mobile toilet and shower room, it is essential to first build a sturdy framework. Select high-density wooden boards as the base material and install universal wheels at the four corners of the board to ensure overall flexibility and mobility. Cut water buckets (such as plastic or metal buckets) according to design requirements and secure them in the center of the base. Use wooden strips to reinforce the buckets vertically along their bodies to prevent deformation. If additional load-bearing capacity is needed, metal brackets can be added at the contact points between the base and the buckets to enhance structural stability.

II. Creating the Entrance and Exit The design of the entrance and exit should balance practicality and safety. Use an angle grinder to cut openings in the water bucket along pre-marked cutting lines, ensuring the edges of the cuts are smoothed to avoid scratches. After cutting, wrap the edges of the openings with wooden boards and secure them with screws to form a door frame structure. If a door panel is required, select lightweight waterproof materials (such as PVC boards) and attach them to the door frame using hinges. Add locks or magnetic catches to ensure a tight closure.

III. Implementing Shower Functions

  1. Installing the Water Supply System: Mount a green water storage tank (or another colored container) at the center of the top bucket cover. Drill holes on the sides and bottom and connect water pipe fittings. Ensure the fittings are treated with waterproof sealant to prevent leaks.
  2. Making the Showerhead: Select PVC pipes of an appropriate diameter and assemble them into a showerhead bracket. Drill evenly spaced holes (approximately 2-3mm in diameter) on the surface of the pipes to create water outlets. Connect the showerhead bracket to the outlet below the green tank using a three-way pipe to ensure even water distribution.
  3. Securing the Valve and Showerhead: Install a valve switch in the middle of the water supply pipe for easy control of water flow. Extend the end of the pipe into the shower room and secure the showerhead in place using a showerhead clip. Ensure the clip is firmly attached to the wall or framework to prevent detachment during use.

IV. Optimizing Space Design For limited spaces, consider a foldable shower room design. Use lightweight alloy frameworks to construct a foldable structure that can be expanded to form an enclosed space during use and folded against the wall afterward to save space. The interior walls can be made of waterproof PVC boards or metal embossed panels, which are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean. If sufficient space is available, refer to the design of large mobile toilets by combining a squat toilet with the shower room and placing sinks on either side to enhance functional integration.
