Mobile Toilet and Shower Device

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The "mobile toilet and shower device" generally refers to a combination solution that includes portable folding changing tents, simple sanitary equipment, or mobile shower devices, which can meet temporary toilet and shower needs. It can be divided into the following three categories:

1. Portable Folding Changing Tent: A Multi-functional Solution for Camping Scenarios
This type of tent is designed with lightweight and easy setup as its core features. It uses high-strength waterproof fabric (such as 210D Oxford cloth) and a foldable frame structure, forming an independent enclosed space when unfolded. Internally, it is usually equipped with a sunscreen coating (UPF50+), a top ventilation skylight (approximately 20-30cm in diameter), and a two-way zipper door, effectively blocking outside views while maintaining air circulation. The inner walls of the tent are fitted with hanging ropes (with a load-bearing capacity of about 2-3kg) and storage pockets, facilitating the hanging of towels, clothes, or the placement of shower supplies. Some high-end models also come with a groundsheet (with a waterproof rating of ≥3000mm) and drainage channels to guide water flow to external containers, preventing internal water accumulation. This type of tent can be used as a mobile toilet (paired with a portable toilet or garbage bag) or achieve temporary showering functionality by connecting to external shower equipment (such as a solar hot water bag), making it suitable for outdoor scenarios like camping and hiking.

2. Simple Sanitary Equipment: A Low-cost Solution Based on Fluid Principles
Represented by a device improved by students from Suqian College in Jiangsu, its core structure consists of three parts: a tap water faucet, a thermos, and a showerhead. By connecting the cold water pipe in series with the thermos (filled with preheated water), it utilizes the fluid jet siphon principle to achieve cold and hot water mixing: when cold water flows through the outlet of the thermos, a negative pressure zone is formed, prompting hot water to be automatically drawn in and mixed, ultimately outputting warm water through the showerhead. This device does not require electricity or complex mechanical structures and can be assembled in just 3-5 minutes. The water temperature can be controlled by adjusting the height of the thermos (changing the siphon pressure) or the cold water flow rate. Its limitation lies in its dependence on an external water source (such as a water bucket or faucet) and limited hot water supply (about 10-15 minutes per thermos), making it suitable for short-term emergency or resource-scarce scenarios (such as disaster areas or remote construction sites).

3. Mobile Shower Device: An Upgraded Solution with Electrification and Integration
Such devices, represented by "long-lasting electric showerhead self-priming pump sprayers" or "outdoor showers," typically integrate a water pump, battery, water tank, and showerhead into one unit. The water pump uses a 12V DC motor (with a power of about 30-50W) to draw water from an external water source (such as a water bucket or river) through its self-priming function and deliver it to the showerhead, either after passing through a heating module (equipped in some models) or directly. The battery capacity generally ranges from 2000-5000mAh, supporting continuous operation for 1-2 hours and meeting the shower needs of 1-2 people. Some high-end models are also equipped with water temperature adjustment (30-50℃), water pressure control (0.1-0.3MPa), and foldable water tanks (with a capacity of 10-20L), which can be combined with mobile toilet tents to form a complete temporary sanitary system. Such devices are suitable for scenarios like self-drive tours, RV travel, or long-term outdoor work, but attention should be paid to the waterproof rating (at least IPX4) and power supply compatibility (some models support in-car charging or solar panel power supply).
