Mobile Toilet and Bathroom Unit

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilets and integrated mobile bathroom units are movable sanitation facilities characterized by flexible deployment and reusability.

Mobile Toilets Mobile toilets are self-contained units designed to meet sanitation needs in both fixed and temporary locations. Their core components include fecal and wastewater storage tanks (or treatment devices), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobility mechanisms. They can be classified into two types based on structural form:

  • Monolithic Structure: Designed as a single independent unit, suitable for limited-space or temporary scenarios.
  • Composite Structure: Composed of multiple units, allowing for expanded functionality or capacity.

Based on mobility methods, they can be categorized into three types:

  • Lifting and Handling Type: Relies on lifting equipment or manual handling, suitable for short-distance movement.
  • Powered and Trailer Type: Equipped with a power system or capable of being towed, suitable for long-distance transportation or frequent relocation.

Based on wastewater treatment methods, they can be divided into four types:

  • Flush and Non-flush Suction Type: Depends on a water source or periodic suction of feces.
  • Recirculating Flush Type: Reuses water through a filtration system to reduce consumption.
  • Dry Packing Type: Uses biodegradable bags to collect feces, requiring no water source, suitable for water-scarce areas.

Their core advantages lie in mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation, enabling rapid deployment in scenarios such as exhibitions, construction sites, and disaster areas, with support for multiple installations and dismantlings.

Integrated Mobile Bathroom Units Integrated mobile bathroom units are upgraded movable facilities that combine toilet and shower functions. Common types include:

  • Delicate Type: Measures 1.2 meters wide and 1.5 meters long, featuring a hot-dip galvanized square tube frame, dual-color metal carved panel walls, an aluminum alloy glass single door, and functions including a squat toilet and shower.
  • Dry-Wet Separation Triple-Use Type: Measures 2 meters wide and 3.5 meters long, utilizing dual-color metal insulated carved panels to integrate toilet, shower, and washing machine placement, offering high space utilization.
  • Pure White Minimalist Type: Measures 2 meters wide and 3 meters long, with an overall pure white appearance, an aluminum alloy glass single door, and an indoor dry-wet separation design that balances aesthetics and practicality.

These facilities meet diverse needs through modular design, suitable for temporary residences, outdoor camps, and other scenarios. Their material choices (such as metal carved panels and hot-dip galvanized frames) balance durability and lightweight construction, facilitating transportation and installation.
