2. Tool and Personnel Preparation

   • Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, spirit levels, and caulking guns. If the toilet unit is heavy, coordinate with a crane for assistance in handling.
   • Arrange 2-3 professional installers, with at least one person familiar with water and electrical connections.

II. On-site Installation Steps

1. Foundation Fixing

   • Use a crane to lift the toilet unit to the designated location and adjust its levelness with a spirit level, ensuring the deviation is ≤3mm.
   • Secure the equipment with expansion bolts (for concrete foundations) or counterweights (for soft soil foundations). In areas with strong winds, additional anti-tipping measures are required.

2. Water and Electrical Connection and Debugging

   • Sewage Pipe Connection: Connect the pipe to the sewer or collection tank, ensuring a slope of ≥2% to prevent sewage backflow; reinforce the connection with sealing rings to prevent leakage.
   • Water Supply Connection: Use a water pipe ≥DN20 to connect to the flushing device and test the water pressure for stability; debug the flushing function and check the drainage seal (e.g., no odor from floor drains).
   • Smart Toilet Water and Electrical Reservation: If equipped with a smart toilet, confirm the pit distance (305mm/400mm±10mm), power outlet (pre-embedded 86 junction box within 30cm of the sewage outlet center), and cold water pipe position in advance.

3. Detail Inspection and Cleaning

   • Install accessories such as curtains, non-slip mats, and air freshener boxes, and test the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons.
   • Thoroughly clean and disinfect the interior of the toilet and place consumables such as toilet paper and trash bags.

III. Special Installation Points for Smart Toilets

1. Base Surface Treatment

   • Do not use cement mortar to fix the toilet; use silicone sealant or a flange ring for sealing. If the original pit is uneven, adjust it to level with shims.

2. Installation Process

   • Removal and Cleaning: Close the water inlet angle valve, remove the old toilet, and block the sewage pipe opening. Release water for 3-5 minutes to empty pipe impurities.
   • Positioning and Fixing: Align the installation template with the centerline of the sewage outlet, draw the outline, and install the flange ring; slowly lower the toilet and tighten the fixing bolts (avoid over-tightening to prevent cracking).
   • Function Debugging: Connect the water inlet pipe and power supply, and test whether the smart functions such as flushing, heating, and drying work properly.

Precautions: Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid cuts; if the pit distance does not match or there are errors in water and electrical reservations, contact the supplier promptly for adjustments and do not force installation.
