Mobile Toilet Acceptance Specification Standard

Quản trị 02 tháng 10, 2026

The mobile toilet acceptance specification standard covers aspects such as acceptance procedures, structural materials, sewage systems, supporting facilities, safety management, and record re-inspection, and must be strictly implemented in accordance with national standards.

I. Acceptance Main Line and Record Requirements Acceptance should be completed item by item according to the six types of actions: "entry, use, cleaning, replenishment, maintenance, and relocation". Each toilet must be recorded with its number, dimensions, doors and windows, sanitary ware, floor, signs, and accompanying items, and the original records should be retained. Acceptance records should include photos, readings, and drawings, and fixed angles should be used during photography to ensure traceability of information.

II. Structure and Material Inspection

  1. Frame Structure: High-strength, corrosion-resistant, and wind-resistant materials such as hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures must be used to ensure stability.
  2. Wall Materials: They need to balance aesthetics and durability, with internal filling of flame-retardant insulation materials to enhance safety and thermal insulation performance.
  3. Floor Treatment: It must be waterproof and anti-slip to prevent water accumulation or slipping risks and ensure usage safety.

III. Sewage System Verification

  1. System Type: Choose a sewage system (such as water-flush direct-discharge type, waterless packing type, microbial degradation type, or recirculating water flushing type) according to the usage environment and verify its stability and efficiency.
  2. Anti-clogging Design: Check whether the drainage system adopts an anti-clogging design, and the pipe diameter should meet the standard to avoid clogging problems after long-term use.

IV. Supporting Facilities and Functional Testing

  1. Basic Facilities: The interior should be equipped with exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, hand-washing basins, etc., and the ventilation and deodorization effects should be verified to ensure air quality.
  2. Electrical Safety: All electrical facilities should meet moisture-proof, waterproof, and grounding protection requirements to prevent electric leakage or short-circuit risks.
  3. Hand-washing Basin Specifications: Hand-washing basins should be arranged according to size, functional layout, facility configuration, and hygiene and epidemic prevention requirements. For example, the height of faucets and the drainage slope should meet the standards.

V. Safety and Risk Boundary Management

  1. Prohibition of Problem Concealment: Do not use fragrances or surface cleaning to conceal ventilation or drainage problems; the root causes must be thoroughly resolved.
  2. Professional Operation Requirements: Electrical and lifting matters must be handled by professionals to avoid safety accidents caused by operational errors.
  3. Retention of Basis: Formal basis should be retained for matters involving safety, ownership, or key performance, and the original state should be retained until abnormalities are located.

VI. Acceptance Records and Re-inspection Procedures

  1. Rectification and Re-inspection: After rectification, re-inspection should be carried out according to the original actions. For items that fail, the scope of impact, temporary measures, responsible persons, and re-inspection dates should be clarified.
  2. Standard Basis: Acceptance can refer to "GB/T 18092-2000 Waterless Flush Toilets" and "CJ/T 378-2011 Portable Toilets", the latter of which specifies in detail the design, manufacturing, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules.
