Installation of Mobile Small Toilet Storage Rack

The installation of a mobile small toilet storage rack needs to be carried out separately according to the two types of drilling and non-drilling. The specific methods are as follows:

I. Drilling-installed Storage Rack

1. Determine the Installation Height: Combine the height of the toilet with the upper and lower space layout to ensure convenient use and no obstruction to movement. For example, if the toilet height is 40cm, the bottom of the storage rack can be set 10-15cm above the toilet tank to prevent items from falling or colliding.
2. Measure the Levelness: Use a laser level to scan horizontally along the wall and mark a straight line parallel to the ground to ensure that the storage board is level after installation. If the wall is tilted, adjust the bracket angle or pad up the bottom for compensation.
3. Locate Drilling Points: Mark the drilling positions on the horizontal line according to the spacing of the fixing holes on the storage rack. If the wall is tiled, first drill a pilot hole with a diameter of 2-3mm at the marked position using a small electric drill to prevent the tile from cracking; if it is a concrete wall, you can directly use an impact drill to drill holes.
4. Fix the Bracket: Insert the expansion screws into the holes, tighten them with a screwdriver until they are flush with the wall, then align the storage rack bracket with the screw holes and fix it with nuts. After installation, check the stability of the bracket and ensure there is no shaking when gently shaken.

II. Non-drilling-installed Storage Rack

1. Assemble the Fixed Adhesive Plate: After opening the package, find the screws of the storage rack, one end of which is fixed to the adhesive plate. First, manually tighten the interface with nuts, then use a wrench to reinforce it until it cannot be turned by hand to ensure a firm connection between the adhesive plate and the storage rack. Repeat the operation to complete the installation of the adhesive plate on the other side.
2. Treat the Bonding Surface: Peel off the isolation paper on one side of the adhesive plate, avoid direct finger contact with the adhesive surface to prevent oil or dust from reducing the adhesion. At the same time, clean the wall with a damp cloth to remove dust, water stains, or oil stains, and wait for the wall to dry completely before bonding.
3. Position and Bond: Align the storage rack with the target position and slowly press down the adhesive plate to make full contact between the adhesive surface and the wall. Press evenly on the edges and center area of the adhesive plate with the palm of your hand for more than 30 seconds to expel the internal air and ensure a tight bond.
4. Let It Stand and Cure: After installation, let it stand for 24-48 hours, avoid touching or hanging heavy objects, and use it after the adhesive has completely cured. If the ambient temperature is below 10℃, extend the curing time to 72 hours.

Precautions: Drilling installation is suitable for scenarios with high load-bearing requirements (such as placing heavy objects), but it requires damaging the wall; non-drilling installation is suitable for rented houses or light-weight item storage, but it is necessary to ensure that the wall is flat and dry. It is recommended to read the product manual before installation and adjust the operation details according to the material characteristics.
