Mobile Small Toilet Installation
Quản trị 26 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of mobile small toilets requires selecting the appropriate process based on the specific type. Common installation methods are as follows:

General Installation Process (Basic Model)
- Unpacking Inspection
After receiving the goods, first open the packaging, check the parts list, and confirm that all components (such as the main frame, fasteners, seals, etc.) are complete to avoid affecting subsequent installation due to missing parts. - Basic Assembly
According to the instructions, assemble the main frame or panels in order. For example, some models require inserting the panels into the slots. After ensuring proper alignment, use a drill (e.g., a 4.2 mm drill bit) to make holes at the designated positions, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun to enhance structural stability. - Functional Component Installation
If the waste disposal system (such as a fecal storage tank or flushing device) is involved, connect the pipes or secure the container according to the instructions to ensure good sealing and prevent leakage. - Detail Adjustment
Install accessories such as doors and locks, and check that all connections are secure and that moving parts (such as door hinges) are flexible.
Simple Mobile Toilet Installation Process
- Anti-Slip Treatment
Install silicone anti-slip pads in each of the four bottom corners to ensure the toilet remains stable when placed, preventing sliding or tipping. - Main Body Assembly
Align the upper and lower buckets (or the seat ring and fecal storage tank), press down on the buckles until they are securely fastened, ensuring a tight and seamless connection. - Functional Testing
Gently press the seat ring or simulate usage scenarios to check if the buckles are loose and if the anti-slip pads are effective, confirming the installation quality.
Precautions
- Tool Preparation: For complex models, prepare tools such as an electric drill and rivet gun in advance. Simple models usually do not require additional tools.
- Safe Operation: When using an electric drill, wear safety goggles to avoid flying debris. When operating a rivet gun, maintain stability to prevent accidental injury.
- Environmental Requirements: The installation surface should be flat and dry. For outdoor use, consider wind and rain protection measures.
- Maintenance Recommendations: Regularly check if the fasteners are loose. When cleaning, avoid using corrosive chemicals to prevent damage to the materials.
Different brands or models of mobile small toilets may have variations. Before installation, be sure to read the product instructions carefully or contact the manufacturer for technical support.
