Mobile Single Toilet

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

A mobile single toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole, providing temporary or permanent toilet services to the public.

I. Basic Components A mobile single toilet typically consists of core components such as a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal unit), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile unit. Among them, the fecal treatment system is crucial. Water-flush toilets rely on water tank supply, while non-water-flush toilets collect excreta through dry packing or suction methods. The mobile unit (such as wheels or lifting structures) provides mobility, facilitating rapid deployment and retrieval.

II. Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: They are divided into single-unit structures (independent single rooms) and composite structures (multi-room combinations), with the latter suitable for high-traffic scenarios.
  2. By mobility method: They include lifting and handling types (requiring lifting equipment), powered towing types (tractable by vehicles), and manual handling types (lightweight designs).
  3. By sewage treatment: Water-flush types rely on municipal water supply or circulating water systems; non-water-flush suction types use vacuum pumps to suction excreta; dry packing types use biodegradable bags for direct collection, requiring no water source, and are suitable for water-scarce areas.

III. Core Advantages Their greatest feature is mobility, enabling rapid response to temporary needs (such as exhibitions and construction sites) or supplementing insufficient fixed toilets (such as during peak tourist seasons at scenic spots). Additionally, modular design supports flexible combination, low transportation costs, and reusability, aligning with environmental protection concepts. Some high-end models are equipped with air conditioning, deodorization systems, and intelligent monitoring to enhance user experience.

IV. Applicable Scenarios They are widely used in densely populated or highly mobile areas: transportation hubs such as stations, docks, and squares; public service places such as tourist attractions and commercial streets; temporary facilities in villa areas and new residential communities; as well as special scenarios such as large construction sites and disaster emergency response.

V. Materials and Purchase Recommendations Materials include color-coated steel plates (lightweight and corrosion-resistant), stainless steel (durable and easy to clean), galvanized steel plates (strong rust resistance), and plastics (low cost). For temporary projects (such as those with a duration of several months), it is recommended to use high-standard materials, such as a 100*100 galvanized square steel welded frame, equipped with flushing devices, washbasins, and lighting facilities, to ensure durability and functionality. For long-term use, the weather resistance of materials and maintenance costs need to be considered.
