Mobile Single Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

A mobile single toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services for the public or customers, suitable for both fixed and temporary demand locations. The following is an introduction from three aspects: definition, structural composition, and classification methods.

Definition and Function

The core features of a mobile single toilet are "mobility" and "single-unit independence". It achieves overall relocation through modular design without relying on a fixed building foundation and can be rapidly deployed in scenarios such as scenic spots, construction sites, exhibitions, and emergency rescues. Its single-unit structure can be used independently or combined to form multi-toilet facilities to meet the needs of different groups of people. For example, among the products of Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd., the ridge-roofed model has 4 independent single units (not divided by gender), and the pointed-roof model can serve both as a toilet and a shower, demonstrating functional flexibility.

Structural Composition

A mobile single toilet consists of six core systems:

  1. Foundation Structure: This includes floor slabs (slip-resistant and easy to clean) and walls (brick-patterned metal carved panels for insulation and grille-style for ventilation). Some models are equipped with pointed roofs (rainproof) and rainproof corridors.
  2. Sanitary System: This covers sanitary fixtures (such as toilets or squat pans), washing facilities (sinks), and water tanks (for water supply).
  3. Sewage Treatment System: Depending on the type, it is equipped with fecal sewage storage tanks (for direct collection), waterless flushing suction devices (for vacuum transportation), or dry packing bags (for sealed disposal of solid feces).
  4. Mobile Device: Wheels or towing structures are installed at the bottom to support lifting, handling, or powered traction.
  5. Auxiliary Facilities: Such as privacy partitions, lighting systems, ventilation equipment, etc..

Classification Methods

  1. By Structural Form:
    • Single-unit Structure: A single independent toilet unit, suitable for locations with limited space.
    • Composite Structure: Multiple toilet units combined and connected by a frame to form an integrated structure with greater stability.
  2. By Mobility Method:
    • Lifting/Handling Type: Relies on lifting equipment or manual handling, suitable for short-distance relocation.
    • Powered/Towing Type: Equipped with an engine or towing device for long-distance autonomous movement.
  3. By Sewage Treatment Method:
    • Water-flushing Type: Requires connection to a water source and flushes feces into storage tanks or municipal sewage networks.
    • Waterless Flushing Suction Type: Uses a vacuum pump to transport feces, reducing water consumption.
    • Recirculating Water-flushing Type: Purifies sewage through a filtration system to achieve water reuse.
    • Dry Packing Type: Uses biodegradable packing bags to collect feces without flushing, suitable for water-scarce areas.

Through modular design and diverse classifications, mobile single toilets effectively resolve the contradiction between temporary toilet demands and environmental protection requirements, becoming an important facility for modern urban services and emergency management.
