Water Tapping from Toilet in Mobile Service Hall
There are different claims regarding the incident of water tapping from the toilet in a mobile service hall, and no definitive conclusion has been reached to confirm the existence of such违规 (illegal) behavior.

Initial Reporting of the Incident
On March 20th, an incident that attracted attention occurred at a China Mobile service hall in Jinhua, Zhejiang. The security guard of the service hall reported that the bottled water in the hall was tapped from the tap water in the toilet and was supplied to people for drinking without disinfection. If this report is true, it would undoubtedly seriously damage the health rights of consumers and also have a significant negative impact on the reputation of the mobile service hall. After all, the sanitary environment in the toilet is relatively complex, and the tap water there may contain various bacteria, impurities, etc. Directly supplying it as drinking water to customers poses a relatively high health risk.
Investigation and Response from the Mobile Company
In response to the security guard's report, Jinhua Mobile quickly launched an investigation and provided a response. The mobile company stated that the bottled water was purchased through legitimate channels and was not tapped from the toilet as reported by the security guard. As a large enterprise, the mobile company has strict management and standardized procedures for drinking water supply. Purchasing bottled water through legitimate channels is a basic requirement to ensure the safety of drinking water. If the bottled water does indeed come from legitimate channels, then the security guard's report lacks factual basis.
Subsequent Statement from the Security Guard
After the mobile company's response, the security guard also released a video again stating that the content of the previously released video was incorrect. This statement has made the incident even more confusing. It is possible that the security guard had a misunderstanding or misjudgment when making the report, or there may be other reasons for releasing false information. However, in any case, the security guard's subsequent statement has to some extent affected the public's judgment on the authenticity of the incident.
Currently, due to the lack of more conclusive evidence and further investigation results, it is impossible to determine whether this mobile service hall has engaged in the behavior of tapping water from the toilet for drinking water supply. When facing such incidents, the public should remain rational and objective and wait for more accurate and detailed investigation conclusions from relevant departments or authoritative institutions.
