Mobile Public Toilet Parameters

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

The main parameters of mobile public toilets include external dimensions, internal functional area dimensions, and other key parameters, as detailed below:

External dimensions are fundamental parameters for mobile public toilets, directly influencing their spatial layout and transportation conditions. For single-stall units, the length typically ranges from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, the width from 1.0 to 1.2 meters, and the height from 2.2 to 2.5 meters. Multi-stall configurations expand according to demand; for example, a two-stall unit may reach lengths of 2.4 to 3.0 meters while maintaining a width of 1.0 to 1.2 meters. Large container-style mobile toilets can exceed 6 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width. Height design must consider internal clear height, roof structural strength, ventilation exhaust equipment installation space, and transportation height restrictions to ensure a balance between functionality and safety.

Internal functional area dimensions must meet ergonomic and usability requirements. For basic toilet area dimensions, the clear width should generally not be less than 0.85 meters, ideally reaching 0.9 to 1.0 meters to ensure sufficient turning and movement space for users. The clear depth should be between 1.2 and 1.5 meters to ensure equipment installation and user comfort. Door widths should be no less than 0.6 meters to facilitate wheelchair access or emergency passage. Accessible toilet stalls have higher dimensional requirements, with internal clear widths typically needing to exceed 1.5 meters and clear depths exceeding 1.8 meters to accommodate wheelchair turning radii and auxiliary equipment operation spaces, reflecting human-centered design principles.

Other parameters cover materials, specifications, environmental adaptability, and functional configurations. In terms of materials, galvanized square steel is commonly used for welding the main frame, paired with rapid-installation panels for interior wall insulation and metal carved panels for exterior walls, balancing structural strength and weather resistance. Specifications primarily follow standardized dimensions such as 120cm×150cm×280cm, 120cm×180cm×280cm, and 130cm×180cm×280cm, while also supporting customized designs to meet special scenario requirements. The applicable temperature range is extensive, covering from +45°C to -30°C to adapt to different climatic conditions. The service life can reach up to 25 years, demonstrating durability. The voltage adopts a 220V standard for easy connection to conventional power sources. Sewage discharge methods are diverse, including water flush direct discharge, waterless packaging, and foam sealing, which can be flexibly selected based on usage scenarios and environmental protection requirements. For example, waterless packaging or foam sealing technologies are preferred in water-scarce areas.
