Mobile Prefab Toilet Structure
The structure of a mobile prefab toilet mainly consists of six parts: the main frame, internal functional zoning, waste treatment unit, water resource management unit, ventilation and lighting design, as well as auxiliary facilities and safety features.

Main Frame Structure: Made of lightweight yet sturdy steel or aluminum alloy, ensuring overall stability and wind resistance. The frame is covered with color-coated steel sheets or composite materials, which are rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for outdoor environments. The modular design facilitates quick assembly and disassembly, meeting the needs of temporary or mobile scenarios.
Internal Functional Zoning: Includes a toilet area, a handwashing area (optional), and storage space. The toilet area is equipped with portable or fixed toilets, some of which use vacuum squat toilets or pneumatic flushing systems, with a single flush volume of only 1 liter, achieving an 80% water-saving efficiency. The handwashing area is equipped with water-saving faucets, manual pumps, or pressure-type water supply systems to meet basic hygiene needs.
Waste Treatment Unit: The core is solid-liquid separation technology, with initial sorting through physical screens. The separated solids enter sealed containers, and the liquids flow into dedicated pipes. Some systems employ chemical treatment or biodegradation devices (such as microbial degradation technology) to convert waste into harmless substances. The sewage storage tank is made of corrosion-resistant polyethylene and is connected to a sewage suction truck through a standard interface for cleaning.
Water Resource Management Unit: The water supply part uses a pressure pump in conjunction with a water storage device to ensure stable water flow; the drainage system designs pipe slopes based on gravity, considering freeze protection and clogging prevention. Some systems achieve water resource recycling through multi-layer filtration devices, but regular maintenance of the filtration media is required.
Ventilation and Lighting Design: The ventilation system includes roof exhaust fans, sidewall louvers, or solar fans to promote air circulation and prevent odor accumulation. Lighting relies on glass or transparent panels on the doors to introduce natural light, and interior lighting fixtures are installed to ensure nighttime use.
Auxiliary Facilities and Safety Features: The walls are made of waterproof composite panels, and the joints are treated with elastic sealing materials; the floor slope is designed to direct water to the drainage outlet, preventing water accumulation. The positions of ventilation openings are calculated to ensure air circulation covers every corner. The electrical control part manages the start and stop of lighting, ventilation, and water pumps, with wiring laid following waterproof and insulating principles.
