Mobile Prefab Toilet Installation
Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of mobile prefab toilets should be carried out according to standardized procedures to ensure safety and performance. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Preparation: Thoroughly clean the installation site before starting, removing obstacles such as bricks and debris. Use a level or manually level the ground to ensure that the flatness error does not exceed ±5mm. If there are significant irregularities on the ground, they should be addressed through leveling layers or local compaction to prevent uneven stress on the toilet structure, which could lead to shaking or cracking at the joints during later use.
- Tool and Material Preparation: Prepare tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, rivet gun, spirit level, and tape measure in advance according to the installation requirements. Check that consumables like rivets and sealant are complete. If it is a pre-fabricated mobile toilet, confirm that the internal water supply and drainage pipes have been pre-installed and check the sealing of external connections (such as water inlets and sewage outlets) to prevent leaks caused by damage during transportation.
2. Main Structure Assembly
- Corner Fixing: Install the corner components first. Use an electric drill to drill holes at marked positions (the hole diameter should match the rivet diameter), insert the rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun. Ensure that the verticality error between the corner and the ground does not exceed ±2mm. The stability of the corners directly affects the overall robustness of the structure.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the pre-fabricated panels into the slots in sequence according to their numbers. Align the upper and lower edges during assembly and repeatedly calibrate the verticality with a spirit level. After assembly, drill holes at the panel connections using a 4.2mm drill bit, insert rivets every 20-30cm, and secure them to ensure tight connections and prevent noise or leaks caused by loosening later.
3. Water Supply and Drainage System Connection
- External Connection: Connect the external connections of the pre-installed water supply and drainage pipes from the factory to the pre-reserved water supply and sewage pipes on-site. Install an angle valve at the water inlet to control the water flow and wrap the sewage outlet with a sealing ring or waterproof tape to prevent odor leakage. After connection, slowly open the water supply valve and check for leaks at each connection. If there are leaks, retighten or replace the sealing components.
- Ventilation and Electrical Wiring (if applicable): If the toilet is equipped with a ventilation system, extend the exhaust pipe outdoors and secure it. If it includes lighting or electrical appliances, lay the wires according to regulations and install a leakage protection device to ensure electrical safety.
4. Final Inspection and Commissioning
- Structural Stability Test: Gently push various parts of the toilet to check for shaking or abnormal noises and confirm that the rivets are firmly fixed.
- Function Test: Turn on the faucet to test the water flow, flush to check if the sewage is drained smoothly, and close the doors and windows to check the ventilation effect to ensure all functions are working properly.
Installation Precautions: Wear protective gloves throughout the process to avoid cuts. If there are strong winds or rain, pause the installation and reinforce the assembled parts to prevent structural deformation.
