How to Install a Mobile Portable Toilet
Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026
The installation method for mobile portable toilets should be selected based on the specific type, with common types and installation steps as follows:

I. Installation of Mobile Toilets
The installation of mobile toilets generally falls into two types, and the appropriate method should be chosen according to the product instructions:
- Installation of Universal Mobile Toilets
- Step 1: Unpack and Inspect Upon receiving the package, first check the accessory list to ensure that all components, including the toilet body, water tank, drain pipe, sealing ring, and screws, are present to avoid installation interruptions due to missing parts.
- Step 2: Assemble the Water Tank and Toilet Body Secure the water tank to the toilet body using clips or screws. For some models, apply sealant at the connection points to prevent leaks.
- Step 3: Install the Drain Pipe Connect one end of the drain pipe to the toilet's bottom drain outlet and the other end to the sewer or waste bucket, ensuring a tight and seamless connection.
- Step 4: Secure the Toilet Position If long-term use is intended, attach silicone anti-slip pads to the four corners of the toilet base to enhance stability; this step can be skipped for temporary use.
- Step 5: Test and Inspect Open the water tank inlet valve and observe the flushing effect and drainage smoothness. Check all connection points for leaks and adjust the sealing ring or drain pipe angle as needed.
- Step 6: Contact Customer Service for Assistance (Optional) If difficulties arise during installation, refer to the illustrations in the manual or contact customer service for video guidance to avoid damaging components due to improper operation.
- Installation of Basic Mobile Toilets
- Step 1: Install Anti-slip Pads Insert silicone anti-slip pads into the recesses at the four corners of the toilet base to ensure they fit snugly against the ground and prevent sliding.
- Step 2: Assemble the Upper and Lower Buckets Align the upper bucket (including the seat and lid) with the lower bucket (including the water tank and drain outlet) and press down until a clicking sound is heard, confirming that the clips are fully engaged to prevent loosening.
II. Installation of Mobile Toilets (Non-Toilet Types)
These toilets are mostly frame-structured and require tools for assembly, with steps as follows:
- Step 1: Install Corner Fittings Use an electric drill with a 4.2mm drill bit to create holes at the preset positions on the corner fittings. Secure the corners to the ground or base to ensure frame perpendicularity.
- Step 2: Assemble Panels and Slots Insert side panels, back panels, and other panels sequentially into the frame's slots, aligning the edges and pressing gently to ensure a tight fit between the panels and slots, preventing excessive gaps.
- Step 3: Secure Panels to Frame At the connection points between the panels and frame, drill holes and insert rivets, then use a rivet gun to tighten them, ensuring structural stability. Repeat this step until all panels are fixed.
- Step 4: Check Overall Stability Gently shake the toilet frame to confirm there is no looseness or abnormal noise; check that movable components such as doors and windows open and close smoothly, adjusting rivet positions or slot alignment as needed.
