Mobile Portable Toilet Installation
Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026
There are mainly two installation methods for mobile portable toilets, with the specific steps as follows:

1. Basic Assembly Installation Method
This method is suitable for the frame assembly of conventional mobile toilets. Tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun are required.
- Corner Installation: After receiving the goods, first fix the corner components according to the design positions. The corners are the supporting structures of the frame, and it is necessary to ensure they are firmly installed to maintain overall stability.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the side panels, back panels, and other components into the slots in sequence, aligning the upper and lower edges. The slot design ensures precise positioning of the panels and avoids installation deviations.
- Drilling and Fixing: Drill holes at the joints using a 4.2-millimeter drill bit. The hole spacing should be uniform (usually 10-15 centimeters). After drilling, insert rivets and complete the fixing with a rivet gun. The rivets must be fully embedded to prevent loosening and affecting the structural strength.
- Detail Inspection: After installation, check whether all the joints are flat, whether the rivets are exposed or loose, and ensure there are no sharp edges exposed.
2. Simple Six-Step Installation Method (General Process)
This method has more simplified steps but requires operation in combination with the product manual. The core process is as follows:
- Unpacking Inspection: After opening the package, check the accessory list (such as the frame, panels, screws, rivets, etc.) to confirm there are no missing or damaged items.
- Basic Assembly: Assemble the bottom frame according to the markings and fix it temporarily with screws. Pay attention to the levelness of the frame in this step to avoid tilting during subsequent installation.
- Wall Installation: Insert the side panels and back panels into the frame slots, align them, and then reinforce them with screws or rivets. If it is a detachable design, confirm that the buckles are fully locked.
- Top Fixing: Two people are required to collaborate when installing the top panel to prevent deformation. The connection between the top panel and the walls should be treated with sealing strips to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Functional Component Installation: Install accessories such as door locks, vents, and lighting according to requirements. The door locks should be adjusted to open and close smoothly, and the vents should be kept unobstructed.
- Final Acceptance: Check whether all the screws/rivets are tightened, whether the mobile toilet is stable, and whether functions such as door opening/closing and ventilation are normal.
Precautions:
- Read the product manual before installation. Different models of toilets may have different steps.
- If water and electricity connections are involved (such as for a mobile toilet bowl), additional installation of a toilet flange, angle valves, and tees is required, and ensure that the water inlet hose is tightened without leakage.
- The installation environment should be flat to avoid tilting or damage to the toilet due to an uneven ground.
