Mobile Portable Toilet Frame

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

There are mainly two common types of frames for mobile portable toilets: galvanized square steel frames and wooden board and strip combination frames.

Galvanized Square Steel Frame: Galvanized square steel is a type of square steel pipe that has undergone galvanization treatment. It has good rust and corrosion resistance and high strength, enabling it to withstand significant weight and pressure. A mobile portable toilet frame constructed with galvanized square steel is structurally stable and not prone to deformation, ensuring the overall safety and stability of the toilet. This type of frame is usually assembled through welding or bolt connections, with a relatively mature process that allows for quick setup and dismantling. Its advantages include a long service life, adaptability to different usage environments and climatic conditions, and suitability for long-term or frequent use scenarios, such as large event sites and construction sites.

Wooden Board and Strip Combination Frame: This type of frame is mainly constructed using materials such as wooden boards, wooden strips, and casters. Specifically, casters are fixed at the four corners of the wooden board to provide mobility to the toilet. Wooden strips are fixed on the upper side of the water storage tank or bucket to increase the height of the toilet, meeting ergonomic requirements. At the same time, wooden strips are used to build door frames and wall support structures, providing basic space division and support for the toilet. The advantages of a wooden board and strip combination frame include easy availability of materials, low cost, and a relatively simple construction process that does not require professional welding equipment and skills. However, its drawbacks are also evident. The strength of wooden boards and strips is relatively low, making them susceptible to factors such as moisture and insect damage. They have a shorter service life and may experience deformation and cracking during long-term use. This type of frame is suitable for temporary and short-term use scenarios, such as small outdoor events and temporary construction areas.
