Mobile Portable Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

There are various production methods and styles for mobile portable toilets, as detailed below:

Production Using Water Storage Barrels

One young man used water storage barrels to create a mobile toilet. First, he used an angle grinder to split the barrel in half lengthwise. He then fixed universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to facilitate movement. Next, he used wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the barrel to meet usage requirements. A doorway was cut into the side of the barrel, with sponge strips installed to form a door frame. Plastic soft panels were inserted to create raised walls, enhancing privacy and stability. The upper half of the barrel was placed on top of the wooden strips to serve as a roof, providing shelter from wind and rain. Additionally, installations such as drainage pipes, bathroom heaters, toilets, and washbasins were added to complete the toilet's functionality, enabling basic washing and excretion functions.

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

Another young man used water storage tanks and pallets to create a mobile toilet. He fixed universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to facilitate movement. He placed water storage tanks retrieved from a garbage station and used an angle grinder to cut them into open tanks for easy access and use. Two tanks were stacked and secured to increase the toilet's space. A doorway was cut out for entry and exit. A drainage device was installed by cutting a hole in the internal floor, and a toilet was fixed to address excretion needs. At the same time, faucets, washbasins, and showers were installed to meet washing requirements. A toilet door was also made to ensure privacy during use.

Standard Customized Models

Conventional mobile toilets also include customized models with a gray and white color scheme. The overall structure is welded using a steel frame, making it sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding a certain amount of external force. Gray and white metal carved panels are used, which have thermal insulation and corrosion-resistant properties, enabling adaptation to different environmental conditions. A sliding window for light and ventilation is installed at the front, ensuring air circulation and lighting inside the toilet, reducing odors and dampness. It is equipped with gender identification signs and gray aluminum alloy exterior doors for easy identification and use, while also providing private, independent rooms.
