Mobile Plastic Toilet Usage Guide
Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026
Here is the usage guide for mobile plastic toilets:

I. Water Inlet Operation
- Prepare Tools and Materials: You need to have water pipes, faucets, buckets, water pumps (used when the water source is far away), etc..
- Determine Water Inlet Points: Clearly identify the positions of the water inlet point for the flush tank (used for toilet flushing) and the water inlet point for the sink (used for cleaning).
- Connect Water Pipes: Tightly connect one end of the water pipe to the faucet and the other end to the corresponding water inlet point. If long-distance water transportation is required, use a water pump to assist in pumping water.
- Turn on the Water Source and Adjust the Water Flow: Start the faucet or water pump and control the water flow intensity through switches or regulating valves. For the flush tank, adjust the water level to an appropriate height to ensure a good flushing effect. For the sink, adjust the water flow size according to usage needs.
- Check the Water Flow: Observe whether there are any leaks at the connections to ensure smooth water flow. If leaks or blockages are found, replace the water pipes or repair the valves in a timely manner.
II. Operation Process
- Installation Preparation: Select a flat site with good drainage and convenient transportation, taking into account the privacy and convenience of users. If the ground is uneven, lay a cushion layer to enhance stability.
- On-site Layout: Assemble the wall modules, roof structure, and chassis system in sequence according to the instructions, ensuring that all components are tightly sealed. Fixing methods can include ground nails or counterweights to prevent structural shaking.
- Usage Management: After putting it into use, provide consumables such as hand soap, toilet paper, and garbage collection containers, and post usage guide signs. Establish a regular inspection system to check whether the sewage system is unobstructed and whether the capacity of the fecal storage tank is approaching its limit, and contact professional cleaning and transportation services in a timely manner.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Wipe the surface and disinfect it daily, focusing on high-frequency contact areas such as door handles and flush buttons. Conduct a deep cleaning every week, including comprehensive disinfection of the internal walls, toilet fixtures, and floors. If equipped with water-saving flushing or foam sealing technology, regularly check the water supply pipelines and the remaining amount of foaming liquid. For waterless ecological toilets, pay attention to the dosing cycle and decomposition efficiency of biological degradants.
- Disassembly and Transportation: After the task is completed, carry out the final cleaning and waste removal operation, close all valves, and remove electrical components (if any). Disassemble the structure in reverse order, pack and store the components separately, and pay attention to shock and pressure protection during transportation.
III. High-risk Misoperation Tips When assembling and disassembling, ensure that all components are firmly connected to avoid safety hazards caused by leaks or structural instability. When cleaning and maintaining, use special disinfectants to prevent corrosion of the internal materials of the toilet.
