Mobile House Toilet Drain Pipe

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of toilet drain pipes in mobile houses must strictly follow standardized procedures, with core steps including slope planning, sealed connections, and system testing. The specific operations are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Materials and Tools: Select PVC drain pipes (e.g., anti-aging, wear-resistant types) and fittings (elbows, tees, straight connectors, etc.) with matching diameters based on drainage requirements. Recommended brands include Yusheng and Yaoxin. Prepare PVC-specific adhesive, a tape measure, a handsaw or pipe cutter, a pencil, sandpaper, pipe clamps, or expansion bolts.
  2. Path Planning: Determine the drainage path based on the bathroom layout. The key parameter is that the drainage slope must be controlled between 2%-5% to ensure rapid sewage discharge and prevent water accumulation. Insufficient slope can lead to blockages or odor backflow, while excessive slope may affect pipe stability.

II. Pipe Cutting and Connection

  1. Measurement and Cutting: Use a tape measure to accurately measure the pipe length, mark it, and cut along a straight line. The cut must be smooth and free of burrs. Sand the inner and outer walls of the pipe ends to prevent burrs from scratching the sealing ring or affecting adhesive bonding.
  2. Sealed Connection: Apply PVC-specific adhesive evenly on the outside of the pipe spigot and the inside of the fitting socket. Quickly insert and rotate 90 degrees, maintaining pressure for 10-15 seconds for initial fixation. All connections must be completely sealed to prevent leaks.

III. Pipe Fixing and Branch Installation

  1. Main Pipe Fixing: Drill holes in the floor or wall along the planned path, install pipe clamps or expansion bolts, and fix the main pipe. Adjust the slope to meet requirements.
  2. Branch Pipe Connection: Use tees and other fittings to connect branch pipes to the main pipe at locations for toilets, sinks, and floor drains. Apply adhesive and tighten connections to ensure system sealing.

IV. Sanitary Fixture Connection and Testing

  1. Fixture Connection: Connect the toilet to the drain outlet using a flange ring (wax seal or rubber). Connect sinks and floor drains to branch pipes using hoses or PVC pipes, adding rubber gaskets and pipe clamps to prevent leaks.
  2. System Testing: After installation, visually inspect connections for integrity and pipes for deformation. Pour water into each drain point to observe smooth water flow and check for leaks at connections. If leaks are found, repair immediately by reapplying adhesive or replacing seals.

V. Final Fixing and Protection

After successful testing, reinforce all pipe clamps and supports. If pipes are exposed in areas prone to impact (e.g., corners), install protective shields or fill with buffer materials to extend service life.

Tip: Prices for drain pipes vary significantly among brands (e.g., PVC fluid pipes start at 9 yuan/meter, while Hongye series start at 3.5 yuan/100 meters). Choose products based on usage scenarios (e.g., mobile houses require UV resistance and flexibility) and prioritize purchasing from legitimate channels to ensure quality.
