Mobile House Container Packing Methods

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The following methods can be referred to for packing mobile house containers:

I. Pre-packing Planning

  1. Inventory Items by Area: Sort items by room in advance, such as the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Clearly identify the items to be packed in each area and, at the same time, declutter by getting rid of unnecessary items to reduce the packing burden.
  2. Create a Packing List: List the items in detail by area and prepare packing tools according to the list, such as cardboard boxes, tape, vacuum compression bags, and bubble wrap.
  3. Understand Item Characteristics: Determine whether items are fragile, flammable, corrosive, or other special items. For hazardous materials such as paint and nail polish, handle them in advance or inquire about whether they can be transported.

II. Packing Techniques

  1. Pack by Area and Function: Pack items from the same area together and do not mix items from different areas. For example, kitchen items should focus on preventing leaks and breakage, while bedroom items should focus on compression and space reduction.
  2. Choose the Right Box Type: Use small to medium-sized boxes for heavy and small items (such as books and hardware) and fill them up to 80%. Use large boxes for light and fluffy items (such as clothes and quilts), and use vacuum compression bags to save space.
  3. Standardize Filling and Sealing: Fill cardboard boxes according to the density and shape of the items. For example, when packing low-density and light items in large cardboard boxes, fill the gaps inside with folded towels, old newspapers, or bubble wrap. Use the '田' (cross) wrapping method for sealing all cardboard boxes to prevent the lids from popping open during transportation.

III. Labeling and Classification

  1. Implement a 'Dual Label + Number' Dynamic Labeling System: Write the format, such as 'Color - Functional Area - Category - Serial Number', on one side of the cardboard box with a thick marker pen. Repeat the same label on the other three sides of the box and create an electronic list for quick location and inventory.
  2. Three-level Isolation of Valuable and Emergency Items: For valuable items such as documents, jewelry, and electronic devices, establish an independent channel with physical isolation, clear responsibilities, and full control. Try to carry them yourself.
