Mobile House Container House
Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026
A mobile house container house is a movable, modular building that uses a standard container as its carrier and is transformed through renovation. It features a sturdy structure, convenient transportation, and flexible combination, and is widely used in fields such as construction site offices, temporary residences, and commercial scenarios.

Structure and Types
Container houses are based on standard containers (common sizes are 20 feet and 40 feet) and are transformed into independent functional units through renovation. According to their structure and use, they can be divided into four categories:
- Container-style: Directly using containers as carriers, they are renovated into office or residential units, suitable for scenarios such as project departments and construction site command centers.
- Foldable-style: Adopting a foldable structure, they compress in volume during transportation and can be quickly unfolded on site (unfolding time for a single unit ≤ 30 minutes), suitable for scenarios such as exploration teams and temporary command posts that require frequent relocation.
- Assembled-style: Combining light steel keels with color-coated steel plates, they are modularly assembled on site and can be flexibly expanded according to the number of people and functional partitions. They are commonly seen in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.
- Expandable-style: Adding side or end expansion cabins on the basis of containers, the usable area increases by 30%-50% after expansion, suitable for long-term on-site offices with high requirements for space comfort.
Performance and Advantages
- Structural stability: The all-steel frame container house can withstand wind speeds of up to 12 levels and seismic intensities of 8 degrees, with a frame deformation rate of only 0.2%, meeting the requirements of the GB50009-2012 Building Structure Load Code.
- Installation efficiency: The installation time for a single unit is 2-4 hours, and the deployment period for a camp with 100 units is 7-12 days. The higher the degree of factory prefabrication, the shorter the deployment period.
- Economy: The folded container house has a volume that is only 1/5 of its unfolded state after folding, reducing transportation costs by 40% and increasing warehouse space utilization by 60%. It is suitable for scenarios such as emergency rescue and short-term turnover.
- Environmental protection: The steel structure can be recycled, reducing the consumption of traditional building materials. There is less construction noise and waste, which is in line with the development trend of green buildings.
Application Scenarios
- Engineering camps: Used as temporary facilities such as project departments, construction site command centers, and dormitories.
- Commercial scenarios: Used in scenarios that require rapid deployment, such as pop-up stores, creative shops, and event planning sites.
- Government and enterprise temporary buildings: Used in special scenarios such as emergency rescue and overseas projects to meet compliance requirements and safety warnings.
