Mobile Glue Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

The mobile glue toilet primarily involves the glues used in mobile toilets and their applications, including glue types, usage steps, storage methods, environmental impacts, and market supply.

I. Glue Types The glues used in mobile toilets can be categorized into three types based on their composition and function:

  1. Paper Pulp Glue: Composed mainly of cellulose, it binds toilet waste and paper to form clumps, preventing pipe blockages. Its advantage lies in its natural biodegradability, although its adhesive strength is significantly affected by humidity.
  2. Biological Glue: Made up of active bacteria and enzymes, it treats waste and eliminates odors through biological decomposition. This type of glue is highly eco-friendly but requires regular replenishment of bacterial populations to maintain its activity.
  3. Chemical Glue: Contains chemicals such as chlorine or quaternary ammonium salts, which can quickly kill bacteria and mask odors. While effective, it may cause long-term pollution to water bodies and soil, necessitating strict control over its usage.

II. Usage Steps

  1. Pre-treatment: Open the storage tank and pour in the glue according to the instructions (usually 5%-10% of the waste volume).
  2. Laying Materials: Place 1-2 layers of toilet paper or sawdust at the bottom of the toilet to absorb moisture from urine and reduce glue consumption.
  3. Post-use Treatment: After excretion, dispose of the waste and paper into the storage tank and immediately cover with a layer of glue to form a seal, blocking odor diffusion.
  4. Closed Storage: Close the tank and let it stand for 2-4 hours to allow the glue to fully cure or decompose the waste.

III. Storage and Environmental Requirements Glue should be stored in a cool environment at 15-25℃ to prevent the inactivation of active ingredients due to high temperatures. The storage area should be isolated from food and pharmaceuticals to prevent accidental contact or contamination. After use, solidified waste should be placed in dedicated garbage bags and handed over to professional agencies for disposal. Direct dumping into the natural environment is strictly prohibited. Residual liquid from chemical glues should be disposed of according to hazardous waste standards.

IV. Market Supply Situation Currently, mainstream products on the market include waterproof glues, sealants, and biodegradable glues. For example, transparent waterproof glue produced in Weifang, Shandong, can be used for bathroom repairs without breaking tiles, with a single-component design for easy application. Some companies offer portable biological glue kits containing bacterial culture solutions and decomposition catalysts, suitable for outdoor mobile toilets. When purchasing, ensure that the product is labeled as "toilet-specific" and has eco-friendly certification.
