Mobile Finished Toilet Materials List

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

The materials for mobile finished toilets vary depending on different parts and requirements, as detailed below:

Main structural materials:
Metal materials such as magnesium-aluminum alloy, low-alloy high-strength structural steel, and galvanized square tubes are lightweight and durable, suitable for constructing the main framework. Plastic materials are lightweight, durable, easy to clean, and have certain waterproof properties, making them suitable for outdoor activities or temporary use scenarios. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) has good weather resistance and anti-fouling properties, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean, often used in high-end events or occasions with high aesthetic requirements. Color-coated steel sheets, aluminum-plastic panels, and metal carved panels are stylish and have good corrosion resistance and durability, suitable for urban scenic spots with certain environmental requirements. Light steel keels or national standard galvanized pipes form a sturdy framework through welding, ensuring structural stability and a service life of over 20 years.

Wall materials:
Color-coated steel sheet sandwich foam panels are low-cost but have poor fire resistance. Rock wool sandwich panels have a Class A fire rating and good sound insulation, suitable for public places. Packing-box composite wall panels such as polyurethane sandwich panels combine insulation, moisture resistance, and aesthetics. Stainless steel sheets and enamel steel sheets are easy to clean and corrosion-resistant, often used in high-end scenic spots or highway service areas. Wooden materials (preservative-treated wood) are natural and warm, blending well with the natural environment, suitable for parks, resorts, and other scenic spots.

Floor materials:
Anti-slip plastic flooring is wear-resistant, waterproof, comfortable underfoot, and quick to install, with an anti-slip texture on the surface to effectively prevent slipping in rainy or snowy weather. Anti-slip marble or special anti-slip materials ensure user safety during use. Checkered steel plates or concrete floors are used in some simple mobile toilets but offer lower comfort.

Interior decoration materials:
Imitation marble crystal panels, carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, PVC扣板 (PVC ceiling panels), fiberboard, and stainless steel sheets can be used for interior decoration, providing a beautiful and practical use environment.

Auxiliary facility materials:
Sanitary ware such as squat toilets and sit toilets are made of special ceramics or plastic materials to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Washbasins are usually made of water-resistant and easy-to-clean materials such as artificial stone and stainless steel. Other auxiliary facilities such as makeup mirrors, clothes hooks, and toilet paper holders require materials that are durable and easy to clean.

System support materials:
The sewage treatment system, including septic tanks and biodegradation devices, is made of corrosion-resistant and high-strength materials to ensure proper disposal of waste. The ventilation system, including exhaust fans and vents, is made of weather-resistant metal or plastic materials to maintain air circulation inside the toilet. The power supply system, including solar panels and batteries, is made of efficient and environmentally friendly materials to provide stable power support for the toilet's internal equipment.
