Mobile Environmental Toilet Structure
The structure of a mobile environmental toilet mainly consists of a frame, walls, overall construction, and various functional components, featuring unique design characteristics.

In terms of the frame structure, mobile environmental toilets use steel welding to form a frame-type structure. The base is generally welded using channel steel or I-beams, which have high strength and stability, enabling them to bear the overall weight of the toilet and various pressures generated during use. The columns are made of square steel, whose four flat surfaces facilitate connection and fixation with other components, providing a solid supporting frame for the entire toilet and ensuring its stability during use.
For the walls, wall materials are installed on the frame. There is a wide variety of available wall materials, including color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, anti-corrosion wood, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and stainless steel. Color-coated steel sheets are lightweight, strong, and easy to install, while also providing some heat and sound insulation. Metal carved panels have an attractive appearance and good decorative properties, enhancing the overall image of the toilet. Aluminum-plastic panels offer good corrosion resistance and fire performance. Anti-corrosion wood gives a natural and warm feeling, suitable for places with specific environmental atmosphere requirements. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic is lightweight yet strong and corrosion-resistant. Stainless steel is sturdy, durable, and easy to clean, allowing for selection based on different usage scenarios and needs.
In terms of overall construction, some mobile environmental toilets adopt a design of an integrated molded shell plus a reinforced chassis. The integrated molded shell ensures the completeness and tightness of the toilet's appearance, reducing gaps to prevent odor leakage and facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The reinforced chassis further enhances the toilet's stability and load-bearing capacity, enabling it to adapt to different ground conditions.
Additionally, a mobile toilet is generally composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile device. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage, and some are equipped with fecal sewage treatment devices for preliminary sewage treatment. The flooring should have anti-slip and waterproof properties. Sanitary ware and washing equipment meet people's basic usage needs. The water tank provides water for flushing and other purposes. The roof protects against wind and rain. The mobile device facilitates the overall transportation and movement of the toilet.
