Mobile Environmental Toilet Manufacturing

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

The manufacturing of mobile environmental toilets requires comprehensive consideration of materials, technology, configuration, and form design. The core points are as follows:

Material selection is the fundamental guarantee
The frame should be welded using national standard steel to ensure structural stability. The surface covering materials should possess both anti-corrosion and fire-resistant properties, such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, which can extend the service life to over 20 years. These materials can effectively resist outdoor environmental erosion and reduce maintenance costs.

Water-saving technology is the core breakthrough
By automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents, it achieves a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per person, saving over 90% of water compared to traditional toilets. Some technological approaches adopt foam-sealing designs, using foaming agents to cover the surface of excreta, blocking odors and reducing water consumption. The waterless flushing type utilizes biodegradation or packaging technology, eliminating the need for water resources entirely.

Internal configuration should balance functionality and safety

  • Excreta treatment system: Independent toilet pit zoning design. The urine channel utilizes gravity to flow into the collection device, while the feces channel is automatically cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, avoiding manual intervention.
  • Sanitary facilities: Equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls (compliant with GBLT18091-92 standards), and ventilation and lighting systems to ensure user comfort.
  • Detail design: For example, when using a stainless steel booth-type structure, water pipes should be fixed with wall clamps, faucets and drainage pipes installed, and maintenance access points reserved for easy upkeep.

Technological routes and product forms should match the scenarios

  • Technological routes: Since 2012, three main directions have emerged: waterless flushing, foam-sealing, and water flushing. For instance, temporary toilets on construction sites often use water flushing with recirculating water tanks, while marine toilets prioritize waterless flushing to avoid sewage discharge restrictions.
  • Product forms: Covering various细分品类 (sub-categories) such as antique-style, trailer-type, and box-type substation cabinet-style. In a manufacturing case, a young man created a mobile toilet using a water tank and pallets, achieving low-cost transformation through steps like fixing universal wheels, cutting openings in the tank, and installing toilets and sinks, suitable for temporary events or remote areas.

During the manufacturing process, it is essential to strictly adhere to environmental standards to ensure the harmless treatment of excreta while optimizing spatial layout to enhance usage efficiency.
