Mobile Environmental Toilet Installation
The installation methods for mobile environmental toilets vary depending on the type, which can be broadly categorized into mobile toilets, portable restrooms, and prefabricated toilets. Here are the detailed installation steps for each:

The installation of a mobile toilet is relatively simple and typically involves six steps. Step 1: After receiving the goods, open the package and carefully check whether all accessories are complete, including the toilet body, water tank, drain pipe, sealing ring, and other key components, to avoid affecting subsequent installation due to missing parts. Step 2: Contact customer service to request detailed installation tutorial videos or graphic instructions, or refer directly to the product's accompanying manual to ensure proper operation. Step 3: Place the toilet body in the predetermined location, ensuring that the ground is level and the drain outlet is aligned. Step 4: Install the water tank, connect the water inlet pipe according to the instructions, and check whether the interface is sealed to prevent water leakage. Step 5: Connect the drain pipe by inserting one end into the toilet drain outlet and the other end into the sewer, securing it with a sealing ring to ensure smooth drainage. Step 6: Conduct an overall test to check whether the toilet's flushing function is normal and whether the water tank's water level is appropriate. Once confirmed, it can be used.
The installation of a portable restroom requires more tools and steps. Step 1: Prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun to ensure smooth fixing of components during installation. Step 2: Install the inner corners one by one, usually fixing the inner corner pieces at designated positions according to the restroom's frame structure to provide support for subsequent assembly. Step 3: Insert the panels into the slots and align them for assembly, ensuring seamless connections between panels to prevent water leakage or structural instability due to gaps. Step 4: After aligning the panels, drill holes at designated positions to prepare for inserting rivets. Step 5: Insert rivets and secure them with a rivet gun to ensure that all components are firmly connected and enhance overall stability. Step 6: Check whether all connection points are tight and conduct functional tests, such as checking whether the door opens and closes smoothly and whether the ventilation system operates normally.
The installation of a prefabricated toilet is even more efficient. Since this type of toilet is prefabricated in modules at the factory, it only needs to be assembled according to the design drawings on-site, usually without the need for complex tools or extensive on-site processing. The installation speed is fast, making it suitable for scenarios with tight deadlines.
