Mobile Environmental Toilet Drawing Instructions
The drawing instructions for mobile environmental toilets cover aspects such as units and customization, material construction, structural systems, water supply and drainage systems, electrical systems, internal facilities and decoration, environmental safety features, and other design considerations.

Units and Customization: The drawings are in millimeters. The toilet is a standardized product that can be customized in style and specifications according to the needs of the construction unit to meet the personalized requirements of different scenarios.
Material and Construction: The interior walls use green and environmentally friendly panels, such as 100mm-thick graphite polystyrene panels with a fire rating of B1. The floor is constructed with national standard 40mm×40mm square tube welded joists, riveted with 10mm bamboo plywood, and then installed with non-slip marble. The exterior walls are made of chestnut-colored anti-corrosion wood panels, which are aesthetically pleasing. The roof adopts a steel frame structure with interlaced welding of 40mm×40mm and 25mm×25mm thick-walled square tubes, seamlessly connected to the toilet body.
Structural System: The frame is made of lightweight metal materials. The drawings indicate the connection methods and fixed positions of the columns and beams. The walls display the inner and outer layer materials (such as waterproof panels and insulation layers) and specify their thickness and installation methods.
Water Supply and Drainage System: For the water supply part, the drawings depict the layout of water pipes, valve positions, and water tank installation points, and label the specifications and connection methods of the pipes. The drainage system includes the layout of toilet drainage pipes, septic tanks, or collection tanks, with arrows indicating the direction of water flow and labeling the pipe slopes and capacities.
Electrical System: If lighting or ventilation equipment is required, the drawings depict the circuit wiring diagram, specifying the power access points, switch and socket positions. The specifications and protection levels of the wires (such as waterproof cables) are labeled to ensure safe operation in humid environments.
Internal Facilities and Decoration: The drawings detail the fixed positions and installation methods of components such as toilets, washbasins, and mirrors. The decoration part labels the materials for walls and floors (such as non-slip tiles and composite materials) and explains the color and texture choices.
Environmental and Safety Features: The drawings may include the installation positions of solar panels and battery storage units. In terms of safety, the application of fire-resistant materials is indicated, such as the B1 fire rating of the interior wall graphite polystyrene panels.
Other Design Considerations: For insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation, the windows use Conch plastic-steel profiles with 5mm-thick glass installed. The door panels are made of color-coated steel composite panels with aluminum-plastic panels pasted on the outside, and the doorway is decorated with 1.2mm-thick 304 stainless steel plates. The power supply uses a 200V AC power source.
