Mobile Environmental Toilet Circuit

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The circuit design of mobile environmental toilets mainly falls into three types: mains power access, solar power supply, and dry battery power supply. Their functional expansions and safety designs are all centered around different power supply methods.

I. Power Supply Methods and Core Circuits

  1. Mains Power Access Circuit
It is powered by a 220V municipal power grid and equipped with a leakage protection switch to ensure safety. The circuit system supports the operation of equipment such as lighting, automatic flushing (e.g., infrared induction control), and winter insulation (electric heaters). Its advantage lies in high stability, but deployment requires fixed points and is suitable for scenarios such as parks and scenic spots.

  2. Solar Power Supply Circuit
It adopts the energy chain of 'photovoltaic panel - storage battery - inverter': the photovoltaic panel converts solar energy into direct current, which is stored in lithium iron phosphate or gel storage batteries, and then converted into alternating current by the inverter for equipment use. The circuit integrates an intelligent control module that can dynamically adjust the power of lighting and ventilation (e.g., entering a low-power mode when unoccupied) and monitor the battery charge level. Some designs use deep-cycle battery packs that support multiple deep discharges and are equipped with charge-discharge controllers to prevent overcharging/over-discharging. This type of circuit is independent of the municipal power grid and is suitable for remote areas or scenarios with high environmental protection requirements.

  3. Dry Battery Power Supply Circuit
It uses portable dry batteries to power simple models, requiring no external power supply and offering easy installation but limited battery life. The circuit usually only supports basic lighting and low-power equipment and is suitable for temporary event sites or emergency scenarios.

II. Internal Circuit Functional Expansions

  • Lighting System: LED lights are used, which have low power consumption and higher luminous efficiency than traditional incandescent bulbs.
  • Ventilation System: Brushless DC fans maintain air circulation through timing or induction control, reducing energy consumption.
  • Intelligent Control: Sensors monitor usage frequency, water level, and battery charge level, automatically adjusting the operating status of equipment (e.g., turning off some functions when unoccupied).
  • Backup Circuit Design: Some models are equipped with built-in hidden water tanks and mechanical flushing devices for emergency use 1-2 times during power outages; or backup batteries to maintain basic functions for several days.

III. Material and Safety Design

Circuit components use corrosion-resistant composite material casings and antibacterial surface internal facilities to extend service life and reduce the use of maintenance chemicals. The tilt angle of the photovoltaic panels is adjustable to optimize solar radiation reception, and the charge-discharge controller has reverse current protection to prevent battery over-discharge or inverter damage.
