Mobile Environmental Toilet
A mobile environmental toilet is a movable and modular toilet facility that employs eco-friendly technologies to achieve water conservation and resource recycling, suitable for various public settings.

Design and Craftsmanship
Mobile environmental toilets come in a variety of designs and can be customized according to specific needs. For example, the park model with two squatting positions, YM-Environmental Toilet 03, features a steel frame structure with exterior walls available in either anti-corrosion wood or metal insulation panels. The manufacturing process involves one-piece welding to ensure structural stability. The main framework uses galvanized square tubes as support columns, paired with high-quality steel tube keels fully welded together. The exterior panels are made of metal carved panels with customizable colors and patterns, while the interior panels are 3mm aluminum-plastic panels. The roof framework is hidden-welded, with a 10mm calcium silicate board for insulation and an asphalt waterproof tile covering. The indoor ceiling is finished with luxury PVC ceiling tiles. The base employs a “field” pattern galvanized steel keel with a non-slip patterned aluminum plate on top. The doors and windows are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal in the overall craftsmanship.
Dimensions and Structure
The interior dimensions of the toilet compartment are 1200mm in length × 1400mm in width × 2300mm in height, with the peak of the gable roof measuring 700mm in height. The dimensions of the management room are 2000mm in length × 2000mm in width × 2300mm in height. The total width of the finished product is determined by the number of management rooms and toilet compartments (N squatting positions), allowing for flexible adaptation to different site requirements.
Sewage Disposal Methods
Depending on the usage scenario and requirements, the following sewage disposal methods can be selected:
- Waterless Packing: Suitable for areas lacking water or sewage pipelines, where biodegradable bags are used to collect waste.
- Foam Sealing: Utilizes foam to cover waste, reducing odors and conserving water.
- Water Flush Direct Discharge: Requires connection to municipal sewage pipelines and is suitable for locations with well-established infrastructure.
- Microbial Degradation: Employs microorganisms to decompose waste, achieving resource recycling and highlighting environmental friendliness.
Smart Systems and Special Features
Some products are equipped with smart systems, such as bottom-layer PLC data collection, 40-inch LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting mobile app control of lighting and flushing. During the Winter Olympics, epidemic-prevention smart public toilets were introduced, featuring functions like wave-to-open doors, seat pad replacement, and flushing, reducing the risk of contact transmission and combining technological sophistication with practicality.
Application Areas
Widely used in urban streets, communities, industrial parks, tourist attractions, parks, and urban-rural fringe areas, these toilets meet both temporary and long-term public toilet needs, especially in crowded areas with limited infrastructure.
