Mobile Durable Toilet
A mobile durable toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole, provides public toilet services, and has durability, suitable for both fixed and temporary demand locations.

I. Basic Composition A mobile durable toilet consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile device, among other components. In terms of materials, wood was mainly used in the early days, but now materials such as fiberglass and polyethylene, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, are gradually being adopted. For example, fiberglass mobile toilets have an advantage in scenic spots and long-term outdoor locations due to their corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean properties.
II. Classification Methods
- By structural form: They are divided into single-structure mobile toilets (independent unit design) and composite-structure mobile toilets (multi-module combined design).
- By mobility method: They are divided into lifting and handling types (relying on external equipment for movement) and powered and towed types (with built-in power or capable of being towed for movement).
- By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless suction types (relying on a sewage tank or an external sewage system), circulating water-flush types (reusing water resources through a filtration device), and dry-pack types (using biodegradable bags to collect feces without the need for a water source).
III. Characteristics of Typical Products
- Standard fiberglass mobile toilet: It has an overall weight of about 180 kilograms, an anti-wind rating of level 8, and an internal net height of 2.1 meters, making it suitable for outdoor temporary use scenarios.
- Prefabricated mobile toilet: It adopts a modular design. A single module has an unfolded area of about 4 square meters. The four-person configuration version includes two squatting positions and one hand-washing sink, and the assembly time can be shortened to within 30 minutes. It is widely used in construction sites and large-scale temporary events.
IV. Key Selection Indicators Purchasers need to focus on the following details:
- Material thickness: It directly affects the structural strength and durability.
- Anti-corrosion treatment process: It determines the service life of the material in humid or corrosive environments.
- Sewage discharge interface compatibility: It needs to match the on-site sewage system to avoid installation obstacles.
- Thermal insulation layer: It ensures user comfort and equipment stability in extreme weather conditions (such as high or low temperatures).
