Mobile Double Toilet

A mobile double toilet is a movable sanitation facility that can be used simultaneously by two people. It has the characteristics of small footprint, flexible movement, and easy installation, and is commonly found in temporary events, outdoor operations, construction sites, scenic spots, and other scenarios.

Structural Composition

It typically consists of a main frame, walls, a door system, internal sanitary fixtures, a floor, and a roof structure. Manufacturers need to comprehensively consider factors such as load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, rain resistance, slip resistance, and sewage discharge methods during the design process. There are two forms of the “double” layout: one is to have two independent toilet stalls inside, and the other is to set up two sets of sanitary fixtures in the same space, depending on the usage scenario and customer needs.

Production Process

Manufacturers first determine the design plan based on the usage site and frequency. The common structure uses galvanized steel pipes welded as the frame, and the walls are made of metal sheets or composite materials. The internal configuration can be increased or decreased as needed. Some products adopt an integrated prefabrication method, where the main body is manufactured in the factory and then transported as a whole to the site for hoisting and positioning.

Sewage Discharge Methods

This is one of the core concerns when selecting a toilet. Common types include direct discharge, sewage storage, and water flushing. Direct discharge requires the site to have sewage pipes or drainage conditions; sewage storage has a collection tank inside and is suitable for places without sewage pipes; water flushing requires connection to a water supply and drainage system.

Materials and Corrosion Resistance

Manufacturers select steel that has undergone anti-rust treatment and perform weather-resistant treatment on the surface of the sheets. The internal floor often uses anti-slip materials, and the walls need to be easy to clean. In coastal areas or humid environments, higher corrosion resistance levels are required.

Dimensions, door and window positions, internal layout, exterior color, and configuration items can all be adjusted according to actual needs.

Installation and Use

It usually does not require complex civil engineering construction and can be placed on a flat foundation. After the product arrives at the site, water and electricity can be quickly connected for use. Daily maintenance mainly includes regular cleaning, checking door locks, ventilation equipment, and the water system.
