Mobile Container House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

A mobile container house is an independent building unit transformed from a standard container, featuring a sturdy structure, convenient transportation, and flexible combination. It is widely used in construction sites, temporary offices, cultural tourism, and other scenarios.

Structure and Types

Mobile container houses are based on standard containers (common sizes are 20 feet and 40 feet). By transforming the interior space, they form independent office or living units. According to their structure and purpose, they can be classified into the following types:

  1. Container-style office houses: Directly using containers as carriers, they are transformed into independent office spaces. They can be used as a single unit or combined with multiple units, suitable for project departments, construction site command centers, and other scenarios.
  2. Foldable office houses: With a foldable structural design, they compress in volume during transportation and can be quickly unfolded on-site (the unfolding time for a single unit can be controlled within 30 minutes). They are suitable for exploration teams and temporary command posts that require frequent relocation.
  3. Expandable office houses: By adding side or end expansion modules to the containers, the usable area can be increased by 30%-50% after unfolding. They are suitable for long-term on-site offices with high requirements for space comfort.
  4. Customized creative houses: Combining elements such as glass curtain walls, wood-grain finishes, and irregular structures, they are used for brand displays, cultural and creative parks, high-end temporary offices, and other scenarios, balancing functionality and visual expression.

Performance Characteristics

  1. Structure and safety: Using color-steel sandwich panels or light steel structures, they have characteristics such as wind resistance, earthquake resistance, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. They can withstand hurricanes with a speed of 70 meters per second and have a long service life.
  2. Comfort: The roof has ventilation functions to regulate indoor air humidity and dryness. They have good sound insulation effects, using hollow glass. The thermal insulation materials are mainly glass wool, meeting the needs of living or office use.
  3. Environmental protection: Color-steel materials can be recycled, and most of the other supporting materials can also be recycled, meeting environmental protection requirements.

Application Scenarios

Mobile container houses are widely used in construction site dormitories, temporary offices, cultural tourism homestays, brand displays, and other fields. They are especially suitable for scenarios that require rapid deployment and flexible adjustment.
